I was sent reminders of a service scheduled on a particular date. I replied quickly to cancel the service due to financial issues. I might have even called Fox Pest Control to make sure they cancel the service

A fox pest control technician came anyways and I told him not to service the area because I had cancelled the service. He didn't do anything that I was aware of because my dogs were baking as soon as he approached the house.

He rang the doorbell as I was already opening the side door so the dogs could t get out.

I strictly told him not to service anything since I couldn't afford it and I had already cancelled ahead of time. He left and after a couple of days later,Someone named Brian called for me to get the quarterly service and offer me a discount.

I told him no because we were in a financial crisis and that I would call him when I was ready. Time past and I was checking how much I had on my checking account to pay the bills and saw I was charged $100 dollars from Fox Pest Control. I immediately called them and was told I would have to wait till Monday and to talk to a supervisor. I made it perfectly clear not to service the area and was told the technician did the front yard and that was the reason they charged me. I didn't see that and he left right away

Now I have to wait till Monday to find out if they will refund me the money. I am very disappointed with Fox Pest Control that they were aware of my situation and went ahead and did that. I want a refund right away and I don't want their service anymore. Cancel my account right away.
