I live in Deep Cove BC. I am woken up early every morning due to loud helicopters flying Fortis workers up Indian Arm. There could be grounds for legal action. There are noise by laws in the District of North Vancouver that are being broken by these helicopters. How will this problem be resolved? When will I be contacted about this complaint. Thank you.
