Very pleased with Taylor ***. He was very knowledgeable about the different forklifts his company offers and was able to help us make a decision and directed us to financing company. We have not owned the forklift for that long so cannot speak to its durability yet but as of now we have had no problems with it.

It was great working with these guys and very easy. One night I'm Scrolling through some equipment click on the forklifts to check out pricing and the next day Taylor sent me roughly 15 forklifts that fit what i was looking for. Picked out what we liked and got it delivered to our door within days. No problems and very easy.

Taylor from the Sales team was awesome ! True to his word and always on top of it. His communication true and updates provided on a timely basis. The unit purchased was better than expected. They truly did a great job making it ready for sale and immediate use. When I am ready, I will be going back to them for another unit. Great company!

Everything was exactly as discussed. Forklift was in great shape. Dan G was professional and was easy to work with. We had contacted other companies to find a forklift but was unable to find what we needed. Forklift Select was able to find what we needed, and will be sure to use them in future purchases.

We got our forklift from Forklift Select on April 28th. It was a Catepillar 8,000lb used. We didn't get it until May 25th. When we got it, it had many issues. Forklift Select had many issues that our mechanic took care of and Byron at Forklift select sent money for. However, the lift main seal went out on 6/24. We contacted a mechanic who said no this is a Mitsubishi and he couldn't get the parts for awhile. So, our employee who is a mechanical engineer, started researching and found that it was indeed a mitsubishi. It was painted over yellow and had Caterpillar stickers put over the mitsubishi ones. It was sold and listed on all paperwork as a CAT forklift, which would make it worth twice the value of the Mitsubishi. This is such a clear case of fraud. We need guidance on what steps to take and make sure no one else has this happen to them! We also want to go after the company for complete misrepresentation and fraud.

I bought a used Hyster Forklift from Forklift Select, LLC on 12/13 for $15K, which included shipping costs. They sent me an email on 12/17 saying that they were working on shipping it, but it's now January 20th and I still haven't received it. They underestimated the shipping costs and are now refusing to ship it until they find a better rate. The guy I've been dealing with, ***, has been rude and unprofessional. He proposed splitting the difference on the higher freight costs, but then never got back to me. When I asked about the shipping status today, he said they would credit me back the freight allowance and I would have to arrange for transportation myself. I asked for a full refund, but they're refusing to give it to me. I'm now paying $2K a month for a rental. Don't do business with these guys. They don't understand customer service or following through on their commitments. A good business would admit their mistake and ship the product, even if it costs them more.
