Forever 21online order

Placed an online order on 9/2. Selected "ship to store." Today is 9/15 and the order hasn't arrived but the status has been shipped for two weeks. I did and online chat and they were less than helpful! They have no answers as to when/where. Clearly Forever 21, couldn't careless since my only option is a refund or wait longer! Oh, I also have to wait 5 days while they "follow up" on the order. I would cancel, but my 14 year old was really looking forward to it.. worst customer service!!
