The latest flyer - dated Sept 10 - Sept 16 - advertises extra lean ground beef on sale this week for $5.88 / lb. I have visited multiple locations in Kingston - the new location at 770 Gardiners Rd (RioCan Center) and at 1225 Princess St - on three (3) separate days and there has been no product available. There are no rainchecks allowed, either. The extra gas I have used in trying to take advantage of this sale makes it difficult to realise any savings by shopping at Food Basics. My local FreshCo and Farm Boy are closer and haven't had issues like this.

Desired outcome: Ensure product availability or allow "rainchecks".
