and croissant ham egg and cheese 1st item came 2nd item, first i was told on its way then was told on back order and was told if cant get it will refund money. I looked for it for many days never got it . i looked at my account at showed both items as being shipped. I tryed about 7 times about this never got back a text or call Had i at leased knowing the date or shipper i could at least tryed find out why i did not recive my order.

Received item that arrived at ambient temperature when it should have been still frozen. Problem was the transport company left it sitting in their warehouse for nearly a week. Food Service direct immediately corrected the problem by shipping new product, Fast friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone seeking an on-line food service company.

I love food service direct. They have great bulk product and prices are outstanding. I've ordered many great items and they're definately my go to for bulk. Their packaging is awesome, no opend packages everything it seal and freshly frozen. I can honestly say foodservice direct has made my life a lot easier.

FoodServiceDirect.com Ordered flour two weeks ago

Ordered flour two weeks ago. Credit card was charged immediately for the full amount of product and shipping. Initial email indicating that they received the order said that it would take 2-4 days for shipping to occur. After a week and no notice of shipping, I sent a follow-up email and was once again told 2-4 days... Now, two weeks since I was charged, the latest emails have not been replied to at all. I am skeptical that this order will arrive and am preparing to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

They try harder than most to deliver the goods. They have way better prices than anyone else I have used. They went through a phase were they didn't except *** but they have overhauled their Pay Portal and *** works again. They have a Email News Letter with Specials Bargains and other nice to have foods. They don't just sell food they also sell kitchen tools and appliances, making their website a true single "one stop shopping' for the kitchen.

During the past year FSD has been a valuable source for food products that we were unable to order from other companies. The ordinary process is smooth and timely deliver of frozen items was excellent. Selection of variety of items is very good.we will continue to purchase bulk items through FSD.

Jasper from Customer Service is a top notch worker! I had delivering address malfunctions on my orders, twice, and I emailed Customer Services to notify them of the malfunction (well knowing there are no cancellations/changes or refunds). He responded within 10 minutes apologizing for the malfunction and offered to change the address on my order. He did further analysis of my second malfunction and offered me store credit for that order. Thank you, Jasper and Food Service Direct for an unexpected worthwhile experience with Customer Service!

I love this company! I am just a regular shopper (not a company) but I can always get my Tazo chai from this company at a very reasonable price. And they always have it in stock; my regular supermarkets didn't or dropped it for a time. And they shop within a day or two, always. I have recommended this site to friends and family, especially those with kids where they can get snacks as well as staples. I wish other online vendors had such good selections and delivery systems.

Food Service Direct has been a blessing. Get all hard to find items at a reasoable price, quantity, and in a quick timframe. Try them once and you'll be hooked. Oh yea they routinely offer free shipping and discounts, what more could you ask for?

I have sent two requests in for an order status update with no response. When I checked the status all it says is "processing". Continually getting locked out of my account have after changing my password I still cant get in. Just called the number that I found and again none answered. Don't trust them. I ordered this item because we have 300 employees who work in construction in NYC and in order for me to protect them I need to supply disinfectant so they can wipe down their tools and equipment. We are considered essential and need to be safe!

I really like this company. They are very helpful if needs be. I've had a few issues with my shipping address, but they always get me my order. They are quick to get back to you if you have any problems. Love their products, and they are very friendly.

I'm grateful I found this vendor. During the height of the pandemic it was hard to find the right cleaning supplies, paper goods and frozen foods in bulk (to avoid frequent grocery runs) - this company delivered on time and everything was received in good order. Some items pricier than retail supermarket but occasionally good deals without the cost or hassle of shopping at bulk warehouse stores. Give it a try.

Always a good experience. Items always arrive in the specified amount of time, sometimes earlier. I had an order that was canceled due to the vendor running out of stock and a sales rep personally contacted me and informed me of the situation. I was given a choice of canceling my order or waiting for it to come back in stock. I opted to wait, but the vendor was going to be out for a longer time than anticipated and I chose to cancel after two weeks. Company works with people to satisfy them in every way possible. Items have always come frozen, chilled or in mint condition, never damaged. I have been using this company for several years now and highly recommend them.

I have relied heavily on Food Service Direct since I discovered them during this pandemic. Many things I had just given up on having, I was able to get through this service. I have had nothing but excellent results. I am very grateful. Any problem that may have occurred, e.g. a mispick or a product arriving damaged, have been remedied to the point I almost feel embarrassed. They have been more than fair and I will continue to heavily rely on Food Service Direct as a source for our family's food and other supplies. I see that some others have relayed a bad experience. I have had nothing but good experiences and prompt attention when needed. Again, so grateful to have this wonderful resource!

I accidentally ordered an industrial box of beyond meat from them for *** for home use. Within a minute of pressing "enter" on my keyboard, I realized I had ordered a HUGE amount of product that was clearly not intended for home use and I had no ability to store in my home freezer. I tried to stop the order and request a refund, both by multiple phone calls and emails, none of which were answered. Their policy says "no cancellations" during the COVID crisis. Apparently an obvious ordering error addressed within minutes is not a concern for them. Avoid them at all cost.

I was able to donate the large amount of food to a homeless shelter in the end, though.

Again, avoid them if you have any option.

I would give them zero stars. I placed an order and realized just as I hit submit, that it was the wrong size. I emailed them right away, no response. I tried several times to get a hold of them and no response. On their page it says my question is resolved ha! They shipped me the item, I emailed again - no answer. They purposely do not answer their emails.
I would NOT recommend buying from them, they're *** I got the item, but paid way more than I should have, since it was the wrong size. They had 5 days from time of my order until they shipped, so that should be plenty of time to see the emails. And I kept emailing after they sent a shipping confirmation. NO RESPONSE. Do NOT buy from this company.

I placed two large orders with food service to try to avoid grocery stores during the Covid quarantine. Many items shipped right away and I was notified of some things that are out of stock. It says specifically that some items will take a few weeks so I am shocked that people are complaining about a couple of weeks delay, especially during this difficult time for everyone. It has been hard to plan since I won't know what all is out of stock until the last shipment but I think Foodservicedirect is Doing ok. I have emailed them about a couple of problems with shipping (broken packages and spilled food) and am waiting to hear back but I expect delays right now! I am sure they will make it right when they can.

I ordered 6 cases of Beef Cubes, 1 case of frozen potatoes, and 1 case of frozen broccoli. They shipped all the Beef Cubes right away. Many cans were dented, and at least 3 cans (over *** worth) were too dented to safely use. They did not reply to my message about this, and I gave them five business days. I was going to give them more time.

They sent me an email cancelling the frozen potatoes and broccoli and said I would not be charged since they could not fulfill the items. But then they charged me for those vegetables anyway.

They never responded about the damaged beef cans. I have filed a claim with *** both for the charges to my credit card for items they cancelled and for the damaged items.

I have been a customer for several years. I regularly order perishable items that require shipment in dry ice. Due to the current need for dry ice to be used to ship lifesaving COVID-19 vaccine around the country/world, I was concerned how my order would be shipped and I anticipated a delay. I am grateful that Food Service Direct had obviously anticipated this problem. I received my perishable order in a timely fashion and was delighted to find that it had been packed with reusable ice packs. The company had the ice packs clearly labeled with directions for reuse. I am also very pleased with the company's email updates on the location of my package. I hope that more companies can follow the example that Food Service Direct provides as a reliable and innovative company that cares about serving the needs of its customers.

What awesome looks like in my interaction: the representative was professional (new his stuff and made me comfortable that my problem would be solved, listed attentively (active listening) to my request, sought clarification, made me feel that he cared and as the company's representative was there to help me. The message was that I was valued, as a customer and person. This is the stuff of greatness, a role model representative of outstanding customer service... for his company and himself. You could feel him saying: "You are special. I and my company value you and everyone we serve. It is the hallmark of our culture and our entire Food Service Direct Team." Do not waste your time or money. 4 weeks ago I purchased IN STOCK items and they did not ship them but they had no problem charging my credit card for hundreds of dollars. Within a few days they sent me auto generated emails stating they will NOT ship most of my items and they are issuing a refund that would arrive within 3-7 days. It has been 25 days and still no refunds have been issued. I have sent multiple emails over the last 10 days regarding these missing refunds and they will not respond. ZERO response at all. I am filing a fraud complaint with my credit card company today and requesting a charge back. A company that *** money and refuses to ship, refund or respond is NOT a company I will ever do business with again. I work in ecommerce retail in an industry that is very busy at the moment and Food Service Direct is beyond a failure at ecommerce and customer service.

Back on March 18th I placed an order for carnation powdered milk that was IN STOCK (not a special order item) with a 3 to 4 day shipping date. My credit card was immediately charged. I was informed I would receive an order confirmation email (never did and yes I did check my junk mail) and an email when the product was shipped which never happened. It was also stated that because of COVID-19 I should add 5 additional days. We are well past those days and I haven't even received an order confirmation. Our state Attorney General's office is asking all citizens to report to his office any cases of *** related to the COVID-19 for prosecution. When it is done over state borders it becomes a *** With all the poor reviews I would strongly suggest the ComplaintsBoard.com re-evaluate their rating of this company. Because you won't respond to my last email, I am asking you here for an immediate and full refund.

I'm very mindful of the challenges of this unprecedented time due to COVID-19. Three weeks ago I ordered something from Food Services Direct. The item was listed to ship in 2-4 days, about 2 days later, I got a notification that orders might be delayed an additional 2-4 days, very much understandable. However, now it's been three weeks, I've sent two requests for an update via the web-messaging app (no phone number to check up or regular email option). I've gotten automated answers both times that my message was received and that answers may be delayed by a few days. Again, understandable. Except I haven't heard anything backeither about the status of my order or about my two inquiries. I have however gotten several advertisements to buy more things. . . so I don't understand how the company is looking for more business if they can't respond to the orders they currently have. I would really like to get an update so I can plan my life a little more in this difficult and challenging time. Will happily increase my rating (gave two stars instead of 1 because of the strange situation we are in) if I can at least get an update.

Do not order from this company. I bought 3 boxes of mash potatoes and when I received my order acknowledgement it had three other products on it, the only correct was the qty. I tried to cancel online and could not only could find the "contact us" link, which said they would reply in 1 to 2 days. I sent about 4 emails and called 5x, left one voice mail all with no response. Final after a week they answered their phone. Customer service person was polite but I could tell he was very well trained to handle complaints, he was apologetic, said they would open a claim and would get back to me in a day which they did. See below their response is exactly what i expected after reading many reviews online to see there were many people who had the same issue of their food getting swapped with other food after they ordered. We all know the restaurant supply business has been hit hard along with their customers. Seems like something unethical is going on here. What good is an order acknowledgement if you can't contact the company to tell them your order is wrong until it's delivered and they want a photo of the package, labels and product. The ComplaintsBoard.com needs to go after this company. So far they will not give me my money back. What this company doesn't understand is they will loose way more money by people reading these reviews and not buying from them then providing good customer service and taking care of customers, yes even if it requires a refund. XXXX (FoodServiceDirect.com) Aug 28, 2020, 2:25 PM EDT Hi, Unfortunately it does appear the items placed in your cart were submitted by someone online on your end, I have spoken to the IT team and they have determined there is no way for a mix like that to occur when ordering. Also immediately after placing the order you would have gotten your order confirmation as well as a email which shows the items along with the final price. So for this reason we are unable to provide any adjustments or refunds.

I placed my online order (#XXXXXXXXX) on 4/8 after website said product was in stock. On 4/17 I received an email from the company saying "due to challenges in the supply chain...they were unable to fulfill my order." They apologized for the inconvenience and said it was beyond their control. Fast forward to 4/24 where I receive an email from this company confirming that my order (that they cancelled) has been shipped. They proceeded to charge my account and ship an order they cancelled without contacting me first or getting my approval on whether I was still interested in purchasing. Since, 4/24 I have made several attempts to contact this company via email because they have no other way to contact them and no one responds.

Seller shipped jars of pasta sauce. They were poorly packaged, and three of the six jars arrived damaged or opened. Order no: XXXXXXXXX. Item: *** Organic Roasted Garlic and Sweet Basil Pasta Sauce, 25.5 Ounce 6 per case. *** I bought six jars of pasta sauce, and three arrived unusable. The jars were very poorly packed, and even the plastic shrink wrap from the manufacturer had been opened. I'm not sure if the product is even new. Two arrived with broken safety seals, and a third has mold growing out of the jar. Three of the six jars in the order are unusable, and all I am asking for is for half of the *** cost to be refunded. This is consistent with the seller's policy of refunding items broken during shipment.

Multiple requests sent, multiple messages left and still no response from Food Service Direct. Order : #XXXXXXXXX Ordered On : 04/29 I have placed 3 requests. One request (143312) on May 7th for a flour package that is broken and is leaking flour all over. Another submitted on Monday May 11th for (145319) a package of beans that is also broken and was leaking beans when it was picked up. Another request (142694) on Tuesday May 12th for another package of beans that was pierced and was leaking all over the ground. I also received a package of Jelly that is smeared all over the package and Peanut butter that was not in a sealed container and is all over the box that it was received in. Multiple phone calls were also placed and no one returned the calls or requests that have been sent or tried to help remediate the issues that I have had with these packages. I will never do business again with a company who will not respond to my requests.

I placed an order 4/10 for pizzas. They sent the wrong pizzas and the ones they sent were completely thawed. I placed an order April 10. This order included frozen pizzas. They sent the wrong items and the items they did send were completely thawed out from being packaged incorrectly. I have contacted the company several times regarding this matter to no avail.

On April 6 i placed two orders, XXXXXXXXX and order XXXXXXXXX, totaling *** and *** respectively. All items showed as in stock and that they would be ready to ship within 2 business days. Many items did not ship. I was eventually charged *** for the items that did ship. Some items show as shipped but never delivered: *** Professional 7-62 Chlorine Concentrate *** 5 Gallon 1 each *** Concentrate Sanitizer, 1 Gallon 2 per case *** Professional Liquid Laundry Detergent, Free and Clear, Hypoallergenic, Unscented, 150 Fluid Ounce 4 per case *** Professional Dish Liquid Refill, Free and Clear, Unscented, Hypoallergenic for Sensitive Skin, 50 Fluid Ounce 6 per case Attached shows the order with each UPS tracking number to prove they were not delivered.

charged over and over for items I haven't gotten and some I was told I'll never get order XXXXXXXXX was a very large order and several items were later deemed out of stock and I was told I will not get. Yet my CC keeps getting new holds placed for these items almost daily. On any given day i have double the amount i ordered unavailable for use. Now for the remaining items that were not canceled... They show in stocks yet still haven't been shipped. My family needs to eat so I've had to purchase elsewhere and want everything (but the cod IF that could ship immediately) canceled. Everything i ordered said 1 day to ship. I understand times are hard now and gave it the extra 5 days stated on the site but it's been 12 days now and I cannot afford to keep having my CC charged over and over holding all my money needed for my bills.

Lack of communication, emailed them to have them cancel the order, and still nothing. I had ordered 2 24 count boxes of ramen from them on the 11th of April. Order no: XXXXXXXXX I was told this would only take 5 to 7 business days max and it's been well past that point. No delivery of the product as promised within 5 days of the placing the order. No response despite multiple attempts to contact the customer service. I placed an order for *** Organic Thick Rolled Oats, 50 Pound Order no: XXXXXXXXX on 4/5. Product was not shipped within 5 business days as advertised. No delay of any kind was mentioned next to the product when I was making the purchase. I tried to contact them by phone and email. There is no response for either of my attempts. No one contacted me. It has been 15 days since I placed the order. I want the order to be cancelled and I want full refund of the amount charged to my credit card. The product was falsely advertised on 4/5 when I placed the order as no delay of any kind was mentioned next to the product. Now, if I go to the product page, it says it will be shipped in 3-4 weeks. But no such delay was mentioned on 4/5 when I placed the order. Lack of response when contacted is unprofessional.

Order number XXXXXXXXX. Item not delivered. The company is not reponding to my emails. No phone number listed on web age. Order XXXXXXXXX placed on 3/31. One of the items received OK. The other one just says processing and no other info included. Multiple emails to the company went unanswered. I understand that in these tough times there could be a delay and that is acceptable to me. What is not acceptable is that somebody in that company does not have time or does not bother to send a few words of status. That is totally unacceptable. What I want is the order status update with the estimated delivery time or order cancellation.

I paced an order for 4 cases of *** Sausage and received only 3 on March 19. Since then I have only received automated responses to my email. Below is a brief summary of what has transpired with FoodServiceDirect.com. I have not received any valid responses to the numerous emails that I have sent, only automated responses. I have not received the additional case of sausage, nor have I received a refund. I will be happy to get the other case of sausage, but if I can't I definitely want a refund for the missing food. FoodServiceDirect.com I received several damaged shipments

I received several damaged shipments. I notified FSD and got an email 3 weeks ago but no word since then, when will my complaint be responded to. I have ordered and received several shipments from Food Service Direct since early April. I have had 3 items that were so poorly packaged that the contents were smashed and spread over the interior of the shipping carton. I called and left a message on 3 separate occasions but never received a call back as the FSD message had stated they would. I eventually received an email on April 14th requesting a detailed summary of my issue and any photographic evidence I had. I responded to the email in which I included 7 photos of the damaged items and the packages they came in. Thats all I have received from customer service since then, no calls, no response to the email, no nothing! I still have not received the total number of items I ordered with the damaged items earlier this year. This customer service response is pathetic. Still waiting.

FoodServiceDirect.com I ordered some items from this company on March 12

I ordered some items from this company on March 12. I haven't received any emails or phone calls about my order. It's now April 9. On March 12 I placed an order for some concentrated Lysol. When I placed the order the Lysol was in stock. I received an email a week later saying it was going to be delayed after that email I hadn't received anything else. I contacted the customer service email and put a description. I did this twice and both times I received a generic email back. I called the number that they have and of course it asked me the same thing and I left my email on that it is now April 9 and I haven't received any correspondence with this company except for the two generic emails that were sent to me. And like I said before when I ordered the items I made sure that it was in stock. Now they won't let you even apply for a refund. My order has been in processing since March 12. I would like for someone to get back to me and let me know if they're going to send me the product or send me my money.

Ordered a *** Base White 2ply paper Towel-15 per case from FoodServicrDirect, *** I have not received it. 4/13 I ordered a case of 15 *** Paper towels and that because of the pandemic, items may not ship for 3-4 days. After almost a month, I wrote them for an update. They responded 5/11 that they had received my request and it was being reviewed. I was told it would take up to 5 days to receive a response. I thanked them and wrote if there was some problem with securing my item, please issue a refund. I waited for their response, which did not come, or my order, or a refund. I contacted them again on 5/16 reminding them I had not heard from them and that it had been longer than the 5 days they claimed it would take to contact me. I added again please contact me or refund my money. I also told them that if I did not hear anything or receive anything, I was going to file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com on 5/22. No response, no item. I wrote them one last time 5/21 restating my request and actions if no response. And no response. They have not made any effort to resolve this. They never even sent me an e-mail that they had received my order. Bad business. So, I'm filing a complaint.

Took my money and failed to deliver as promised or make any effort to communicate in a reasonable fashion even under current circumstances. Online businesses obviously overwhelmed in recent weeks: still, merchant can have no reasonable excuse for jerking around a customer as follows: order placed 3/17 with promise to ship in 7 days (chose item, in part, because of relatively soon shipping date); website cautioned shipment might be 3-4 days longer than advertised. That made Saturday, 3/28 the longest day out let's give them the benefit of the next business day, Monday, 3/30. Monday came, and no word of shipment, further delay, etc. I called. I terse greeting apologized for not being able to answer, but promised a return email. I left my email: nothing. I then looked at the website. It was infuriating to see comparable items listed as ready to ship NEXT DAY, when the merchant had made no contact to me whatsoever, whether to explain the further delay, offer a refund, assure the immediate shipment or, possibly, send a comparable item immediately before it sells out. So far, all merchant has done is take my money immediately upon order and vanished into the night. I am appalled by such mismanagement and apparent disregard, despite the undoubtedly overwhelming environment.

FoodServiceDirect.com Product arrived thawed and customer service was no help

Product arrived thawed and customer service was no help. I ordered 4 cases of the frozen milkshakes on 5/7 with shipping date of 5-8 order number XXXXXXXXX. Product arrived after 7 days and 17 hours on UPS truck. Order arrived in the following shape. 1. All the dry ice was melted and the milkshakes were sitting on empty bags. 2. All the milkshakes were nothing but mush. 3. The milkshakes that were upside down had leaked out all over the cardboard. I contacted the company via live chat and the conversation was insulting. They wanted me to send pictures of the damage so they could file a claim with *** Until I did that, they would not issue any kind of replacement or refund. I told them all I could take pictures of was empty dry ice bags and dried vanilla on cardboard. Its not like *** drop kicked or ran over the boxes but the damage was there none the less. I put the shakes in the freezer to refreeze them. Then they blamed everything on the virus and subtly called me a *** because I wouldn't take pictures of the "damage" to send them. *** would laugh in their faces with those pictures. I said every other place I've ever ordered frozen food from comes *** and arrives in 1-2 days and what did they expect was going to happen with something that took 7 days plus 17 hours on a hot *** truck. I was told that if I have additional info to come back and to have a nice day. At this point I am a bit leary of consuming the milkshakes because of the ingredients being unfrozen for so long.

I placed an order and have never received it. I have asked for it to be refunded but no one ever answers. I placed on order for 2 bulk orders of gloves on 04/16. Orders #XXXXXXXXX & XXXXXXXXX. Both of these items stated they shipped in 1-day and were in stock. I read that it may ship later due to COVID-19, which I understood. On 4/22, I emailed them asking them the status of my order, since the items I ordered still showed in stock and available. One of the items on order XXXXXXXXX was shipped on April 16. I emailed to ask them to cancel my other items so I could try to use the money to buy the stuff elsewhere since they didn't seem to be able to fulfil my order. I received a standard email back that day and have never heard anything since. So, on 4/26, I placed an order again. One of the items was the exact item I purchased on 04/16 that hadn't shipped yet, but was still showing in stock. On 4/28 that exact item shipped, fromthe order I placed on 4/26, not the order on 4/16. It makes zero sense that they're not fulfilling orders from 2 weeks ago or answering any messages. So I would like them to cancel order XXXXXXXXX from 04/16 and refund any money that's been billed. Then for order XXXXXXXXX from 04/16, I'd like them to contact me and let me know if these items are in stock and they plan on sending them. If not, then I would like my order canceled and any money they've charged me, be refunded. I would also like the same with order XXXXXXXXX on 4/26.

I placed order for *** Ground Beef Patties and have not received. I have attempted to cancel item which has not shipped; no respon On April 15 I placed Order #XXXXXXXXX which included *** Round Ground Beef Patties. On April 17, I received notification this item had shipped via UPS with tracking number 1Z6VXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. On April 20, I received UPS Notification the product was scheduled for delivery by end of day 4/21. An April 22, I received another UPS notification my package would now be delivered by 4/28. I attempted to contact Food Service Direct to express my concerns about product being a perishable and impact of delay in delivery via email. While I received email notifications my contact us submissions were received, I have yet to hear from the company. On April 28, Food Service Direct sent an email to provide alternate contact information. Given I was unable to reach company by dialing their XXX-XXX-XXXX customer service number, I called the update telephone number XXX-XXX-XXXX. I only had the option to leave a voice mail message (which I did). The email notification also provided a different email address ***@foodservicedirect.com. I submitted an email to this email address. By the time I sent the last email to the company, I received the ground beef I had ordered, but passed on quality concerns regarding the best buy date on the packaging (it was February ) and to determine if the meat product had been frozen prior to shipping. Lastly, I have one outstanding item from order #XXXXXXXXX which has not shipped. I would like to cancel the shipment of this item.

Scrambled Eggs, 30 Pound . Arrived in a box with NO LABEL STATING PERISHABLE. Had to THROW IT ALL OUT it spoiled . Have emailed 2x no response bck. I ordered this item on 03/19 - ORDER # XXXXXXXXX *** Breakfast Builders Medium Scrambled Eggs, 30 Pound 1 each. XXXXXXXX *** 1 I had also order many other items including toilet paper. I am a VA triage nurse and am as you can imagine being slammed right now. Going to work early and coming home late. I usually grab something to eat, wash my face and go to bed. I put this package in my apartment thinking by the size it must be toilet paper. There was nothing anywhere on the box stating that it was PERISHABLE and needed to be refrigerated. Long story short- 3 days later I finally got around to opening the box and found melted cold packs and warm eggs- 30 lbs of them. I had no other choice than to dispose of them down the garbage disposal. I have received two other perishable items and they both had stickers on the top of the box stating just that. I immediately opened them up and put the contents into the refrigerator. No problem. I have requested a full refund for the eggs. I have sent a total of three emails that have not been responded to. 2).Only emails telling me that they have canceled another order of toilet paper. Order # XXXXXXXX. March 15,2020 I was advised for the second time that a third case of toilet paper is being canceled. The company will not respond to my request to cancel my open orders. I have emailed 7 times and called 4 times with no response for over a week. Hello, I have been trying to contact this company (Food Service Direct) to cancel all of my open orders with them for over a week. I have now emailed a their customer service email ***@foodservicedirect.com 7 different times and called their number *** (which always goes to voicemail) and have left 3 voicemails with no response. This has gone on for over a week now. This customer service email and phone # are the only contact info they list or that I can find. I am attaching in a PDF all of my email history on this subject of cancelling my open orders that has all of the attempts and dates I have tried with no response at all so you can review and see the timeline of my requests and how many there are as of this writing. I understand everyone is very busy with COVID-19 extra business but the decency of a response from customer service after over a week of multiple attempts I believe at least is a reasonable expectation. I am worried because they will not respond to me some of these orders will be shipped out to me automatically and they will not refund me for them even though I've been trying to cancel them before shipment for over a week. I would appreciate more details about the missing peanut butter as well as get a refund for the rice order. It has been almost a month since I made my order and no response has been given to me. I understand times are crazy but I haven't heard anything in almost a month and I want to make sure I get my money back for the amount of *** I am also curious how this impacts my shipping fee since it is dependent upon weight and those items are considered on the heavier end.
