I shopped at my Food Basics, 5703 Hazeldean Road, Stittsville on January 25,2025 at 11:07 and received receipt with Code 45100568024249500421. I tried many times to enter FOODBASICFEEDBACK.COM survey completed it fully and when trying to submit only to receive a page "Error occurred try again"

This was very disappointing and is unacceptable to the consumer.

Desired outcome: I would like a direct telephone response to explain why this happened a nd resolve the issue
