I bought my Crazy Meltdown Melts food trailer from Arete Food Trucks about a year ago and I really love it. I gotta say, they're pretty great. So, over the weekend, I had this little issue with my trailer, nothing too big, you know? I called them up on Monday and they told me to bring it in on Tuesday morning. When I got there, Martin and his team came out to check out the problem and fixed it up for me in like 10 minutes. Can you believe that? And hey, I also asked Martin about adding something to my trailer and guess what? They did it for me, no extra charge. Now, that's what I call some awesome customer service. If you're in the market for a top-notch food truck, you gotta check these guys out. Trust me, you won't be let down. They can make your dreams come true. They're the best food truck builders around, and they don't charge an arm and a leg either!

We did our research, man, like weeks and weeks of it. We called up a bunch of companies, talked to health departments, even checked out options overseas. We looked into everything, you know what I'm saying? And let me tell you, Arete was the best choice for us, especially with our budget of under 20 grand. Now, there are a couple of complaints floating around, but honestly, they're total BS. Arete is straight up with you about their location, prices, warranty coverage, and where they get their parts from. I'm pretty sure those two negative reviews were resolved with the ComplaintsBoard.com because they were either competitors or just some typical "Karen" types we see too often these days.

I gotta give a shoutout to my guys Mattie and Andrew at Arete. They provided me and my fam with some top-notch service. I mean, they even replied to our issues over the weekend, and I know they've been super busy helping out restaurants during this whole Covid mess. And let me tell you, their charity work is something to admire. We had to support them, man. And let me tell you, we're so glad we did. Our trailer is even better than we expected, and our county health inspector was pleasantly surprised by the quality. He said he's gonna start recommending Arete to other folks just based on the bang for your buck you get. So, big thanks to Arete! We'll definitely be doing business with you again in the future!

I wanted to share my thoughts about Arete Food Trailers & Concession Carts. There are a few people trying to say negative things about them, but I have to say that our experience with them has been great. We've been working with this family for the past 5 years on various projects, like coffee, shaved ice, and burger stands. They have been the most professional, affordable, and reliable option we have found. Plus, they are genuinely good-hearted people.

Over the years, we have faced some issues, which is normal in the restaurant industry. But Arete has always been there to fix or help us with every single problem we've had with our trailers. It's truly impressive. I don't understand why someone would want to ruin the reputation of a company that has helped us build our business. It's definitely a misrepresentation.

I think the responses on here speak for themselves. If it were me or any other food truck builder, I wouldn't give a single penny or offer refunds for dealing with this nonsense. We currently have 6 operations under Tyson Ranch in Florida, and we are also opening new operations in DFW. And guess who we chose to build our trailers? Arete, of course. We wouldn't choose anyone else at this point.

If you want real feedback, reach out to experienced restaurateurs like us. Don't trust a few negative comments from people who have no experience in the industry.
