I was in the store on dundas st in woodstock ont on monday morning around 10.30 at the till waiting to get checked out when I seen a employee female put out crackers for 99 cents I asked here a they reg crackers in a very bad tone see said no they are water crackers which I have never heard off she was so rude this is not the first time I have had a rude employee at this store I have ask for something in produce which that employee was rude I have been shopping at this store for the last nine years on a monday

Give notification of the rude behavior of the employees to Food Basics or suggest that the matter be sorted out. Explain the period of your loyalty as a consumer and ask on the reform in the training of the staff with regard to the customer care. If nothing happens then look to take the matter further.
I don't know how this store stays in business. Between the flyer deals not being honoured in certain locations to not having flyer ITEMS in all locations, this store is bottom of the barrel.
