Fontana Showers review: Fontana showers are poor quality and dangerous

In 12/22, we installed a Balsamo Gold in-wall Mixer Bathroom Shower Set from Fontana Showers. 10/23/2025 the showerhead started leaking. When we examined it, it fell off in our hands. The threaded nozzle on the wall mount that attaches the showerhead had completely rusted away. Imagine if this 4-pound showerhead with sharp edges had fallen on us! The lights inside the showerhead stopped working 9 months after installation. The finish started rubbing off 13 months after installation. Fontana customer service is slow and rude! They blame the customer and do not accept responsibility for a defective product.
