Floryday — refund not received
Floryday have charged my mom's card but then said the transaction had failed. Which it had not. They asked for PICTURES of the card which my mom of course refused.
They initially said my mom will be refunded within 14 working days but that has not happened and Now they're not responding to requests for a refund! Total scam and the company should be ashamed stealing money from vulnerable people!!!
