I emailed Floryday to request an address to return an unacceptable dress to them.
I was told my complaint would be dealt with in 48 hours.
This time has elapsed and I can get no further with my return.
They say one has 14 days to return item, but WHERE TO ?
I feel very unhappy as this is the second time I have had this struggle. The first time I gave up and threw the dress away.
Obviously I will NEVER buy from them again but feel they should not be getting away with this all the time.
I am a very dissatisfied customer.
