FloryDay floryday.com. has no customer service!

First you place an order, then they take your payment just fine and on time... Then you get A useless tracking number, for a tracking site that doesn't work. When you try for A customer service person you get the same messages from the same person with multiple pictures...I can't find my order, a refund, or a real person.
Extremely disappointed, I feel like I've been scammed, robbed, and taken advantage of...

Its been three weeks if no contact. Plus everything I needed for my nephews wedding needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
Whatever you do don't shop here!
Huge Scam... If you wanna throw you're money away put it into a fountain... Its way more satisfying to know where your money actually went.

FloryDay clothing

I ordered a ladies top size XXL after looking at the size chart and reviews saying it ran small. I did receive my item but is more a size small and poor quality. Do not want the hassel of a return to China ( which I did not know when ordering). The company is not listed as a China company untill after you have ordered an item. I had read complaints but decided to give them the benefit of a doubt. Should have listened.
So will give the item away. Cost of shipping was too much for price of item. Buyer beware.

FloryDay no info regarding returning of product. need to return item.

The item received Order No: [protected] Chiffon Floral Dress is a poor fit and very disappointing in quality. First of all, there was never any indication that the company is in China. If that was known I would have reconsidered placing my order with them. After reading all the complaints I regret not researching this company first. I am asking for a full refund to my credit card and where to send this dress back to.

I received a quick response from Zoey of the customer care department today. She reassured me that a full refund of the item would be given. And to avoid additional expense of shipping back the order she advised me to keep it instead. Her solution to resolving this situation is "good customer service" and her prompt response is appreciated. As promised I will be looking out for that refund! This complaint is resolved.

FloryDay refund

I returned 2 dresses over three weeks ago and still not received a refund. I have written numerous errors e-mails to customer services regarding the time it takes them to respond then the time it took for them to send me the return details. When I originally chased up my refund I was told that I would receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours confirming the refund process. 4 days later sent another e-mail with a response asking me to be patient and some nonsense regarding the amount of people the rend has to go through. I replied saying I wanted the refund today and requested a name of a Senior person from the London office, telephone number & e-mail address. I also told them I am reporting them to the police for fraudulent behaviour. I will also raise a complaint with my credit card company to help me get my mo eye back.
This company is a disgrace. I would advise people to stay clear from this company. It's outrageous.
I checked to see who the Director of this company was but it's not registered (under this name)

FloryDay have not received merchandise that was ordered

Made a purchase online on April 16, 2018. Ordered 4 spring beautiful dresses. Received confirmation of order by email; received confirmation of payment by email; have not received merchandise, nor have I received a tracking number to try to track the item.

Went on line and tried to chat with customer service; no one responded;

Tried to locate vendor; no avail.

Called credit card company which I used to purchase merchandise and found out that I could not get my money back until the dispute was final, which could take 2 - 4 weeks. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING.

FloryDay refund and return service

I can not obtain a return address to get a full refund it as simple as that.
The auto emails are unhelpful with no detail to assist returns!

I placed an order received the dress it didn't fit contacted the company to return it then spent 3 days trying to get a return address without success.

I have wasted my time chasing and feel this company is making returns as difficult as possible

Hi I have been trying to geta refund for 2 weeks now they keep saying I didnt do it right but I printed the form with address on it posted it to there, they are telling me I have wrong address, I have photo copied the form & sent it to them but the wont take any notice ., They have offered me a percentage of the amount they owe me I put 2 lots of swimwear in the return parcel, which there is no refund on ( I didnt realise this at the time) I have asked how I get them back but they wont say . I live in Australia I am 70yrs old I have never dealt with a retail shop & had so many negative replys Sharyn

Gentlemen,

I received my order --on April 5th, 2018.
You explain on the receipt : we have several return warehouses around the world, if there is any problem with your order or you want to return it...
I can't get in touch with you by Custumer Service www.floryday.com/contact
as recommended.
There is no return address translucent or any hint where to send a return.
If am not getting any information I will contact the consumer advice centre.
Hope to hear from you on April 16th, at the lastest.

FloryDay return policy

I have been trying to return 3 items that were not what I thought they were going to be. I have been going in a loop. They only let you sign in-I tried and they said password was incorrect but there was no way to reset it. Then I tried a new checkin and they said I hadn't ordered anything. I have gone to their website, to their return policy and there is no way to communicate with them. I even went to "chat now"and was told it wasn't for online. I just want to return the items!

FloryDay very late delivery of orders

I have 3 orders which have not arrived yet getting anxious as these purchases are for an overseas trip on 08/05/18. I havn't had any problems before and know it is a busy season for deliveries. Please at least send order number [protected]

FloryDay women's pumps pumps closed toe stiletto heel silk like satin shoes ([protected])

Purchased some shoes for a wedding that seemed to look like the perfect shoe! (images on website look nothing like the real thing).

Firstly the shoes arrived late even though it was guaranteed delivery of 5-7 days. When the box arrived it had no branded packing just arrived tapped up in a small box with a customs sticker on. Shoes inside were wrapped up in a bag! no returns slip, invoice anything to say that the shoe has come from them.

Secondly I am usually always a UK size 3 so when checking the size guides on their website the shoe sizes were not coming up how I expected them to. There was a whole size difference between the UK and EU match ups. So, I decided to order what would be a UK size 4 just to be safe. The shoe did not even fit on my foot! It was more like a UK size 2.

Thirdly the shoe looked nothing like the images in on the website. It was the wrong colour, cheaply made and the worst looking shoe I had ever seen!

I then went online to find a returns address and what to do - I struggled to find any information for ages until searching via Google. I emailed the company stating that I wanted a refund and requested the address to which I got a reply back saying "Option 1: You can return the item(s) to our UK warehouse and then we will initiate the refund GBP 31.60 (100% of the product value) once we receive the returned package. If you choose this option, please let us know and we'll provide you with the return address and return instruction.
Option2: We can send you a GBP 22.12 coupon code (70% of the product value) which is valid within one year, and you can use it for your next order on our website. Meanwhile you can keep the item(s).
Option3: We can refund you GBP 15.80 (50% of the product value) and you can still keep the item(s)."

I thought ok great, they have replied quite promptly offering different things but still no instructions on how to return or a delivery address!

I sent the package back to the warehouse return address I found on the outside of the packing with a hand written note asking for a refund. Maybe I shouldn't have done this but I was afraid it would go past the return date which is 14 days from receiving the item and as I now know it's a company based in China I can see it won't get back in time.

I am still awaiting an answer and just want my money back on my paypal.

Generally really disappointed with the service and returns policy and quality of goods.

I hope someone can help me.

After writing this complaint earlier this morning I received a polite email from a customer serve rep for Floryday.com informing me that a full refund will be credited to my accounts IF I amended my review on here. So, let's see if this happens. If not I have informed the company that I will be re-posted my complaint. Although the quality and lateness of the shoes weren't right the customer service since complaining has been very good indeed. I hope everyone else has the same service and I hope that they learn to give better service prior to a complaint. Thanks.

Ordered a dress in February - have had various e-mails saying due, Feb - March and April but still no item.

WHY have you not sent this?

There are several e-mails stating items have not been received, by your customers. I am not going to be one of them.

I have contacted Google and reported you for unfair trading.

If this item does no tarrive by the end of April, I will take further action.

Either send this item or refund my payment - TODAY

I ordered the first order above on February 7, 2018 that was obviously about 2 1/2 months ago I was $120 order I still have not received either of the items the second number above is a dress I ordered and it's been 14 days I still don't have that either that dress was around $50. FloryDay my item I order never came

I have been asked by Floryday to withdraw my negative review because my previous issues with the company have been resolved satisfactorily. A refund has been returned into my PayPal account 48hrs after posting reviews on this and 2 other sites. I don't think I would have managed it without review companies. Thank you.

I received the above order yesterday (a month and 7 days after the order date!), and after paying SFRs 41.50 customs duty.
As all the clothes are too large in size for me, I wish to return them.
As there is no return laber insider the package, how am I to return the package?

Again no response, so tried phoning them number not registered but also saying on website to leave a message, so again unable to speak so a person to help.
You are led to believe this company is based in london, but obviously is not
I am now believing other reviews that this company is a total scam.
Have I any chance of getting money back.

FloryDay return shipment

I had ordered some clothes at Floriday, which already arrived weeks later. Now I try since 2 weeks to return some of them due to bad Quality and cut. But although I have written almost 10 mails and tried to call the Service Center, I don´t get any answer, especially no adress where to send it.
In the meantime I have read a lot of complaints about this Company, too late for me, but hopefully for others.

FloryDay clothing

I ordered four dresses from Floryday and paid extra for expedited shipment. This did not happen. They arrived late. The quality of the dresses is substandard as if no pattern was used. It is amazing that a company of any kind is allowed to scam the public this way. Getting a return address is almost impossible. I discovered the return is to Jack Li in China; however, the shipping fee is exorbitant. I am afraid of these people. This a sleazy, nasty operation. BUYER BEWARE!

FloryDay sales of faulty goods and non-existent returns

I purchased online goods from this company on Mar 25. The order arrived on April 11 and one item was faulty (a hole in the swimsuit), 2 items were poor quality and not sized properly so did not fit and one item, while cheaply made, did fit and I will keep it. I have been trying to reach this UK based company that ships from China and claims to have warehouses around the world to allow for ease of return. UK law states that online sales must have allowance for return within 14 days and Floryday's return policy also says customers have 14 days to return. I started trying to reach this company to begin the return process as there is no address attached by starting return tickets. I sent at least 5 emails to get the process started. I finally heard from them today (April 14) and they are trying to say it costs to much to return goods to China and I should accept either a 50% off coupon or a 30% refund. Neither of these options are acceptable to me and when I tried to respond to their email, there is no way other than this to respond (the site sent me here).
