I have been living in this property for about 2.5-3 years now, and it's disheartening to see how the property management company and association have completely disregarded the issue of cracks in the concrete slab between units. It's not just that, they have also turned a blind eye to the fact that all the damaged drywall desperately needs to be replaced. It's frustrating to say the least.

What's even more frustrating is their lack of responsiveness. They seem to ignore all calls and emails, leaving residents feeling unheard and neglected. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and it's clear that they have no regard for the well-being of the residents or any sense of pride in the work they are supposed to be doing.

It's a shame that a company hired to manage properties and ensure the comfort and safety of its residents can be so apathetic and unprofessional. It's high time they take responsibility for their negligence and start prioritizing the needs of the people they are supposed to serve.
