I requested a shipping label and information to return some items that did not fit. Return policy and information was not located on website. When I contacted the email provided ([protected]@florcoo.com) the response I received did not reference the return which is the issue I stated in the email. There are no phone numbers or any other information listed. I need to make the return. My last step if I cannot resolve the issue with the vendor is to refute the charge on my credit card. Thank you.
