Quality poor, threads on sleeves, top etc. Tacky and cheap.

FlorCoo is a website that sells clothes at low prices. However, I found that the materials used in their products were not of good quality. Additionally, the pictures on the website were misleading and did not accurately represent the items I received. Out of the 15-20 pieces I purchased, almost all of them were different from what was described.

When I tried to return the items, I encountered a problem. Despite the website stating that returns are available, FlorCoo refused to accept my return unless I provided pictures of myself wearing the clothes. This requirement was not mentioned on the website, and I felt deceived.

In conclusion, I advise you not to be fooled by FlorCoo's cheap prices and deceptive practices. The items may not be as described, and returning them can be a hassle.

No return policy, they told me to donate the item to charity. The dress I ordered is of poor quality and lacks structure. When I tried to return it, they responded by saying I should donate the item to charity due to the China customs costs. This company is a scam. Don't buy from Florcoo.

I ain't gonna buy from Florcoo no more. I ordered a shirt top and a dress, but neither fit me good. They were all wrinkled and made poorly. I reached out to the company 'bout returning the stuff for a refund. They replied sayin' it ain't worth the cost for me to send 'em back, and they won't provide no return label or address. I wasted $68 on complete garbage. Don't make this mistake, y'all!

This company is a scam! They won't let me return the bad stuff I bought! I ordered in February and just got it. The quality is terrible. They won't accept returns. Horrible, took a long time to get order, the size charts are not accurate at all, the quality of the material is paper thin. Trying to get where to send return, they will not give me a shipping label and are requesting pictures, and how I am sizing and packaging, which I sent. They suggested the shipping will be too long and too much money to return, what am I supposed to do with four items that do not fit and made very poorly.

The dress I ordered was nothing like the picture online. This business is a scam. I paid $20 for shipping alone for a $25 dress that was trash. Don't get fooled by this place. I should've googled the business before ordering. I saw many similar complaints online. One review mentioned that this company deletes negative comments about their clothing, so I didn't bother. Their site only shows positive reviews, which is misleading.

This company is terrible. I really wish I could give them zero stars. The product is really bad quality and doesn't look like the pictures they show. Half of the things I ordered (8 items) were not what I actually wanted. And then they have the nerve to tell me that I should not return the items because it's expensive to ship them back to China with taxes and customs fees. Can you believe it? This company is really bad! It's a total disaster! I bought 2 pieces of clothing and when they came, they looked nothing like the picture. They were made so badly, with such cheap material. When I reached out to them for a return label, they told me I had to pay for shipping and customs in China, and it's just too expensive. I told them I didn't care and asked for a return label anyway. Guess what? They blocked me! Nowhere on their website does it say that all sales are final. I couldn't even leave a bad review on their website. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.

I bought a dress from FlorCoo for a wedding, but it turned out to be really bad quality and see-through. It was nothing like the picture on their website. When I asked for a refund, this is what FlorCoo said:

Lots of customers have told us that their packages got rejected during inspection and sent back. So, if that happens, we won't be able to give you a refund.

FlorCoo is a scam. They send clothes from their "New York warehouse," but they are actually based in China. They say that returns and exchanges can only be sent back to China, but then they discourage customers from doing so because of the cost and current delays with international shipping and customs.

The link they provided for customer service responses didn't work.

This is a scam. They target US customers without being upfront about their shady business practices.

Also, the clothes are poorly made. I've bought dresses of better quality from Walmart for the same or lower price.

I bought stuff from this company. I needed to return something. I went to their website and clicked on contact us...no phone number, just a contact form. I filled it out. Got an email DAYS later, didn't even say the company's name. Asked for a return authorization and shipping label. They asked what was wrong with the stuff. I explained. Got a weird, ugly red thing in a foreign language. I said the postal service wouldn't take that. Then got another email saying a return label wouldn't be a problem. Printed what they sent (very small) - tried to zoom and print a bigger one for UPS...made the image worse. Ended up printing the bigger one. UPS took it. Later, more stuff I ordered came and I needed to return some. Used the contact form on the website AND emailed the person who sent me emails, asking for another label. Got questioned again about why I didn't like the stuff. I said the fabric, materials, and workmanship were bad. Waited, no label, so I reprinted the old label and took everything to UPS and sent it to that address. Got another email saying the address wasn't their warehouse (their problem)...they had plenty of chances to send a proper label, but didn't. Now they say they can't do anything since they didn't get the stuff. They gave me a discount code for future orders. After this, I won't (knowingly) order from them again. Don't know if they have another foreign business...hope I'm not fooled in the future. This was a really bad experience...and it cost me money. I think they're a scam and a fraud (at best).
