FlixBus / FlixMobility review: Refusal of your driver to take me to Glasgow from Newcastle upon tyne at 3.45am on 9th August 2026

Driver refused to allow me board the vehicle stating that my soft hand bag should be paid for, but I told him that it is within the dimension allowed me by my booking and that I had travelled it it since my arrival in UK on 9th July 2026 when I took Flixbus to Coventry from Heathrow and subsequently to Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds and then Newcastle Upon Tyne, all with Flixbus and that I had never paid for the soft hand carriage, even getting to Newcastle from Leeds on 8 August 2026. The bus number is UKN10 and the time was 3.46am at John Dobson bus station Newcastle Upon Tyne.
