If you complain to the hotel, they will blame the travel agent, and when you complain to the travel agent, they blame the vacation company. the bottom line is that they lied and collected the commission from the customer, but refuse to take responsibility for their error.

We booked a vacation to mexico several months ago, and the travel agency charged us for an ocean front room.
We paid approximately $700 more than the normal price. As soon as we arrived we ended up getting some room that showed just the forest. This was the so called ocean front view.
They booked us on signature vacations, who said there was nothing they could do becuase the flight centre lied to us about the ocean front rooms
We have sent numerous letters, but they just ignored us.

No need to ###ing repost it over and over again. It will be equally ignored.
Good day. I thought that we were the only people that's gone through something like this with flight centre. I agree with everyone that is complaining about Flight Centre. When we arrived at our Hotel in Phuket, the same happenend to us. We were there last year and we stayed in a lovely room, we did not book through Flight centre last year. Anyway we asked for the same room and same Hotel. When we arrived we were told that we did not pay for the room we were suppose to be staying in but back home flight centre told us it is the room with the spa. Same room as last year. Suzanne the girl at flight centre, Tygervalley branch in durbanville, Cape town. Don't ever book through them. We did phone them when we got to the hotel and they were so sorry and it was there fault. We were put in a room, normal room and were told it cost the same as the one with the spa. Yes, right, that doesn't make sense but anyway, they must think that we are stupid or something to believe such a story. The hotel organised us our room back and all i got from flight centre were sorry. When i got home i send Suzanne an email and then just to here that the fault was that of the hotel and not them. Yes, right, always blame it on someone else. well i am not going to leave it there.
