Product ordered...2 cans for $19.95...bill on credit card $99.74, after the product was sent...also this product does not work any better than a can of black spray paint...it is advertised to seal cracks in cement etc. also, I received 3 calls from an unknown 800#...I do not answer unknown 800# calls but called back...it was someone from flexseal trying to sell me a subscription to another "deal" ...I declined...when I asked about the product, the person stated they knew nothing about it and hoped it worked...I am extremely dissatisfied with flex seal and want my money back!

I went online to possibly submit an order but the prices were too high so I didn't submit the order. Two days later I receive an order confirmation. I was shocked! I called their customer service and it was impossible to get to speak with a manager. They agreed to only reimburse me for the product not the shipping. Never did they even address the fact that I didn't submit the order. They even hasv the nerve to try to sell me something! They admitted that the order didn't go out but after being transferred again to the "so called " manager they said it was too late to stop the order. I was insistent to no avail. They said a manager would return my call but it had been over a week and no call! Now I'm complaining to my bank! Beware!

It says one can costs $19.99 but you can get one can for $12.99 at Wal-mart.

I saw the commercial and thought I could so use that. I placed my order online, I feel that’s safer than the shady up sell on the phone. I only wanted one can, but they kept upgrading it to have a second can, I only want one, I only need one. I put my credit card info in and went through the process. At the end it said ok your total will be $79.78. I don’t want to spend that much, I don’t get why it was that much. I finally just said forget it, this is a flex seal scam I want nothing to do with it.

I ordered two cans of Flex Seal for $19.95 plus S&H. The website is deceptive. Before you checkout, it asks for your shipping and credit card information. Then, before you get to see your cart, it asks if you want to order other products. I hit "No Thanks", on all of the extra products. Then, I hit ok. It didn't let me see the items or the cost in my cart, it went straight to your order has been confirmed. Charging me $74.97 for the items. It added items to my cart even though I clicked on no thanks. I tried to cancel, but was unable to do so. Customer service offered me $20 to keep the order. I said no. Shipping said item is on back order and it would take 6 weeks to ship; therefore it would have been plenty of time to cancel the order. Girl in customer service said it was already shipped and their website always says the items are on back order for 6 weeks, but they're not on back order. She told me she would try to cancel my order, but didn't know if she could. Then, she said the order had been cancelled but I had to call back later that day to confirm the cancellation. I asked why I had to call back and she said I just had to call to confirm it. When I called back later that day, the man told me the order was not cancelled and couldn't be cancelled. He told me I could return the product, but I wouldn't be refunded for my shipping and handling charges. I talked to his supervisor and she was rude and basically told me I was lying about everything I said. I called my credit card company an filed a dispute. The man said, I won't have to pay for the item and they'll dispute it on my card, but I did have to fill out some paperwork and send it in. I've ordered a lot of items online and never had a bad experience until ths one. If they didn't play games with their costs, I would have probably kept the item and tried it. STAY AWAY from THIS COMPANY!
