I'd like to press a complaint against ORI, the Customer Service personnel of Fiverr.com.

Very unprofessional, lame (like him), and tries to play god to all Fiverr.com customers and probably ruining the image of Fiverr.com since Customer Service personnel are the front line in terms of branding. Suggesting that ORI be audited and fired for all the case files that he has been handling. He can ban any customer in a matter of seconds.

You can keep the money that customers have acquired through actual HONEST WORK that you have banned. In fact thats what you do best right? Scam honest people from doing hardwork while you just watch and flip a switch to ban them.

Not only does he ruin the image of Fiverr.com, it would probably give an edge to other competitors for they have better and more competent customer service personnel. Go read Zappos and Amazon's customer service manuals. You'll learn a lot and you might even grow a pair.

Scammer ORI Fiverr.com / Fiverr.com Rip-off / Rip-off ORI Fiverr.com / Scam ORI Fiverr.com / Fiverr.com Scam / Fiverr Scam / Fraud Fiverr.com / Fraud Fiverr / ORI Fiverr.com / ORI Fiverr / ORI Fiverr Israel / Fiverr Cheat / Fiverr.com Cheat / Scam Fiverr.com / Scam Fiverr / Complaint Fiverr.com / Complaint Fiverr / Customer Service Fiverr / Customer Service Fiverr.com / Complaint Fiverr.com / CS Fiverr.com / CS Fiverr

FIVERR FRAUD COMMENT
yes, definitely fiverr is a great scam community. remember fiverr moderators are very cheap and irresponsible. they are always for byers side becoz

if buyer dispute payment from paypal then your money deducted from your fiverr wallet and money will be refunded to buyer and, our work and time goes

waste. i have requested and created ticket too much time but they were never responded correctly. in last i leave hope to get money back. and i lost

my $65. in my suggestion to all seller dont sell your service in fiverr, search other best communities. your money is not safe in fiverr and there

are many strict rules provided day by day for sellers on fiverr. FIVER IS FRAUD COMMUNITY.

This guy started to work for us teaching us about google analytics.

I should have known there was going to be a problem when he refused to give me his name. Anyone who hides who they are on line has something to hide & you should be VERY careful of.

At first his work was superb, but then when I asked him some questions about the work he did, he wanted me to pay him another fiverr just for him to answer some questions about what he had already stated.

We then got into an argument because he clearly thinks it's ok to not fulfill his obligations & to try & get money out of the company who hired him.

He clearly has trust issues, because had he just looked at the word doc, he would have seen my questions were NOT related to new work. So either he is just trying to rip customers off, or he has trust issues thinking everyone is out to get work from him for free.

I brought this up & then Fiverr refunded the money to me, so I didn't even get a chance to give him a proper review. Guy obviously gets away with a lot, you will only see perfect reviews on his profile.

What I have a problem with are people who are sneaky. Had he just said from the very beginning that all the work he does is 2 fiverrs, then I would know upfront, but he didn't, he likes to charge you even if you have any followup questions.

This review is is about the website, not the services. The design of the website is not customer/buyer friendly. They have a lot of bugs in their software. I wonder if your cc number is safe with them. In my case. I bought a service .. paid to paypal (this is their only option). Their system failed during the transaction. The seller never received the funds. Long story short.. I had to call/email paypal/fiverr. Lost more than 3 hours... It is a crappy service.

i absolutely agree. fiverr would be a good idea, but using it for a while reveals, it's one of the worst services i ever had to deal with. did you ever wonder how people who provide crap service can have thousands of positive reviews? that's because with cancellation bad reviews go away. also, if you leave a negative review, sellers come to you, buy from you and leave a negative review too. you can't block them. BUT, fiverr says you are only allowed to have one account. so, according to terms and conditions, you should not be able to create one buyer and one seller account either. BUT (again): did anyone ever try to find that rule in the terms of service? because the (new?) terms of service says, you need to have one payment account for each account. but not that you can have only one account. or did i miss that? yet, if you register 2, you get suspended. by the way, permanently. it seems, there is no temporary, as they claim. also, accounts get suspended before you even do anything. no buying. no selling. no conversations. yet, accounts get suspended. fiverr support answers tickets at will. sometimes within half an hour, sometimes the ticket stays open and you never get an answer. IF you get an answer, it's always vage. you never get a real answer or reason for anything. they always refer to the terms of service, but never to a specific section. so, you can't really remove the problem, because you never know what the problem is. they don't tell you, because it's there "secret company policy". also, bugging them about a reason got me an account deleted! for example, requests that have been accepted before, get suspended. of course during high times when most people are on the platform. if you tell them, the ticket could be ignored. or if you are lucky, the request gets approved ... in the middle of the night when nobody is on the platform. so, how can one and the same request be accepted, denied for a violation of the terms of service and afterwards accepted again? and why does it always damage your business? sometimes approvement takes half an hour, sometimes it can take all day. take a look at the buyer requests and you'll notice, approvals come in intervalls. IRREGULAR intervalls. also, the support told me a recently declined request has been approved now. it was still in the unapproved category. i told them. some hours later another person appologized and said, it is approved now. 4 days later i deleted it from the unapproved section! also, everybody wants to make money but nobody wants to offer service for it. so, if you send a request once, you get no useful answers and after a day or two you barely get answers at all. if you send request again and again, it's considered spam. by the way: i got a request approved all week and declined on saturday twice in a row. also the chance is higher to get declined on very busy days. which is actually counter-productive, since people could get more answer but don't, since the request are denied by default and reactivated later, when nobody is on the platform. same for project specs: if you have request and receive a number of answers, you have to send project specs to the project workers. always the same of course. so the problem is, sending those specs again and again, you are considered a spammer! fiverr is one of the worst platforms ever. they want to bring business people together and make money, but fiverr is actually in the way and prevents business people from coming together and finding a deal. members are punished for doing what they are supposed to do on fiverr! they don't want people to communicate ouside of fiverr, but they do everyting to make communication and work on their platform as tedious as possible. and the support is not helpful at all. by the way: did you ever get your perfect request declined, but see approved requests with phone numbers and email addresses in it on a regular basis? kind of grotesque, isn't it? one of the best things i've seen has been a request that said, the user demands an answer from the fiverr support immediately and fiverr support is the worst ... YES! in an approved request! they really don't know what they are doing. they just open their hand and wait for somebody to put money in it. otherweise they just waste the time away "doing tasks" but nothing helpful. fiverr is just in the way of business. oh ... almost forgot ... and lately the site was slow and they had server errors almost daily. seems somebody has complained about a waiting period for getting paid. so far i didn't try to withdraw money. but i think the 14 days approval period is ridiculous too. if the seller has accepted a delivery and given his review, why do i have to wait for 14 days to get my money approved? even 3 days would make no sense, but ok. but 14 days? am i giving loans? people know deals get approved after 3 days automatically. people have 3 days to modify feedbacks. but we wait 14 days for the money for finished deals? WHY? and @me0033: there is no karma. because people like them are making tons of thousands of bucks and how much are you making for serious service? i don't see karma in that. look around. but fiverr is a farce anyway. meanwhile people think they get weeks worth of work for $5. that's just ridiculous. and cheap sellers think they have to do it to make money. it's just sad. and the other way it's the same. i've requested jobs for 2, 5 months. some are offering so high, you are not able to make revenue, even from selling a service for some hundred bucks. others? well, everybody wants to make money, but i've bought the same service 8 times in 2, 5 months and nobody has delivered a basic task as requested. not one person! same for another request. i get tons of offer, but barely one is able to answer to my particular need. but if you offer serious service and ask according money, you are "trying to pull money out of their pocket". even if the deliver value is many times as high as the requested price. the whole market place is ridiculous. great idea. but the approach on the whole platform is a complete and utter failure.

Hello, I too was wronged by Fiverr. I opened my account and I used the referral program to send one to my fiancee and other family members that live and work for our company. My sister contacted customer service about a FREE gig that wasn't placed in her account after she joined by a referral I sent her. The next morning I woke up and my account was deleted and my 2 order cancelled. Per the terms and conditions it didn't state I couldn't send it to members of my household, family members nor employees. I pointed that fact out and they still refuse to reinstate my account. The terms and conditions are elusive and very vague . And what is this 45-90 days to get paid? I guess they are hoping people will forget how much money they have coming to them. I was so excited about the site both for services and providing services and making money. I hate when companies mistreat people...but karma is a mother lover and God sees all...

FIVERR... i think this website is a hoax. I gave my task "google ranking" to two sellers (one of the seller is sharifunaz) and both were fake. They promised that my site would come up on 1st page within 7 days (1st promise), and then two months (second promise). Later 15 days, both seller stopped responding after eating up my money. GUYS DON'T TRUST THIS SIDE. There are fake people who don't deliver what you need/ want. Rather go to your friends or colleagues to complete your task. There are no rules or procedures. its just a waste of money.

Please note that Federal Trade Comission (FTC) has been recieving a lot of complaints from users against FIVERR. Irrespective of where Fiverr is, FTC is a United States enforcement agency that can literally shut down companies with multi-million dollar fines if companies indulge in many types of unfair business practices or if there are too many complaints. Complaining to BBB is useless, but complaining to FTC provides teeth to the investigators and prosecutors who comb through multiple such cases to bring up a Department of Justice investigation against companies. Here is how you make a complaint with FTC against FIVERR :
a) To complaint against FIverr for whatever reason, https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt
b) Chose on the left side from Category - Internet Services, Online Shopping or Computers.
c) Chose Internet Services and put the name as Fiverr where Service Provider Name is asked.
d) Now provide a detail complaint against Fiverr.

Please note that irrespective of where you are based, you can complaint about Fiverr. The more number of complaints are filed, the better chances of a government action against Fiverr. FTC can literally seize the company, levy multi-million dollar fines.

Go ahead, make your complaints, your name and personal data is always kept safe.

Fiverr.com is a great concept. However, the only way they accept payment is through paypal. Well, paypal adds a layer of making the transaction more complicated. Paypal is now not allowing my newly entered credit card number for a transaction. Paypal sucks. And, fiverr.com looses a transaction!

Avoid this company on linkedin and around the internet, there company name is (Ensurity Group Inc), they're very dishonest people, they hired me on fiverr to advertise for them and get them alot of information and products and then after i had over delivered on their order on fiverr and i worked so hard for them they then made up a flimsy excuse saying “its not the order they expected” in order to get there $45 back, if you're a seller on fiverr or any other gig site and a buyer named "ensuritygroup" trys to order from you then I highly recommend that you avoid this person and this company ..it's disgraceful behaviour by this company, so only imaging what would happen if you actually bought any kind of insurance policy from them.. i wouldn't risk it

I signed up with fiverr trying to get some logo and header work for one of my websites.. All I did was put the URL of the website so that the seller would know how to design my logo and header and guess what as soon as I signed up and sent them my money I was blocked and my account suspended.. This really sucks! and when I sent an email to them their response to me was!

"We are unable to reinstate your account at this time.

Users who violate our Terms of Service and get their account permanently blocked can receive their revenues (if any) after a safety clearing period.

Please contact us again in 45 to 90 days. We will allow you to withdraw revenues you may have left in your account at that time, after an account verification process." 45-90 days? what a bunch of cr*p .. this is worth at least 10 negitive reviews from me!

I was being banned on 16 march 2011. After asking the reason they replied with a copy paste message in which it is written that you have violated the TOS and the funds will be cleared after 45-90 days. Now its been 5 months that is 150 days, and just when i tried to ask them about the money. They don't even bother to reply.
Complete scamming site.

Fiverr is horrible! Stay Away!

Fiverr persues their competitors in an unlawful and illegal way! I made a site with the same idea as fiverr, but I let people set their own price. I used NONE of their code or design, I did nothing wrong. It was 100% original. Fiverr didn't like the competiton, so what did they do? They reported me to paypal! Me, being the little guy I had nothing to stand on. Fiverr and paypal are like BFF. Paypal put a 180 day freeze on my account and threatened to suspend it for NO REASON AT ALL other than a complaint from fiverr that basically said I was taking away their customers. Paypal refused to even explain what was going on. BS! If I had the money I would sue them for everything they are worth, but they can afford lawers that I could only dream of having.

FIVERR UNLAWFULLY DESTROYS THEIR COMPETITION AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE BBB!

I had a terrible eperience with fiverr.com. They were recommended to me and although skittish about using them I placed two orders. One for a search engine injection, the other a facebook introduction. I paid my money and then checked back a couple days later after getting confirmation things were going along. I couldn't log in and it said I was blocked. I inquired with customer service and they came back and said my account was blocked and I should check back in 45 days. @(#*&$ that! I re-read the agreement and there is nothing stating that I violated any terms of use, and their customer service won't respond now. I'm headed to BBB, FTC and PayPal to file formal complaints against them. I certainly want my $10 back. STAY AWAY from FIVERR.COM - they suck

I agreed with you - their customer support suck.

I have a Fiverr account and have purchase a gig a few months ago. The job was completed and the fund was release to the satisfaction of both parties. Nothing usual about it.

Unfortunately during the last few days I have try to log-in into my Fiverr account without success. Contacted their customers support and they give me a standard reply;

"We are unable to reinstate your account at this time.
Users who violate our Terms of Service and get their account permanently blocked can receive their revenues (if any) after a safety clearing period.
Please contact us again in 45 days. We will allow you to withdraw revenues you may have left in your account at that time.
You can read more about our Terms of Service here:
http://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service"

I know there is no way for me to breach their TOS as the gig was completed to the satisfaction of both party.

I have sent a few reminders to them to request for more details of the breach but so far I have not received any reply.

I absolutely agree. Fiverr is a HUGE scam! I have been with them for over a year and not only is their customer support awful, but they always side with the buyer and never, EVER try to actually resolve any issues. The feedback for the seller goes down, even if someone has to cancel for whatever reason. And when they cancel, the only reason that is displayed on the profile is 'seller failed to deliver on time' which was rarely the case, it was usually for other reasons.

They also keep your funds for 14 days! They also take $1 off of the $5! That's a HUGE percentage for them. Fiverr is a rip-off for sellers AND buyers. Fiverr is not there to provide an awesome service, they're there to take sellers money and that's it.

hello, i just had a notification my orders were canceled?
I dont know why, i have been doing work all day long, i have placed lots of ads for people, including all the people who have just been refunded? why has this happened. i have done nothing wrong i listed gigs did the work i really dont know what i have done, as i scanned the terms and there is nothing that i have done. there was $96 in it?

Hi Rhys,
I'll be happy to look into this for you. Please reply with your Fiverr username.
Regards.

hello i have been trying to find where i can add more info here, i was wondering why it was closed, and i notice my other acounts have been closed, i thought it was just this one, i checked your terms and it says nothing about multiple accounts, i had exactly 80 gigs i wanted to offer so made 4 accounts to house 20 each and then had one account with one gig so i could have my reviews in one place. iif this is the problem i am so sorry but again i looked at your terms to see if you could not have more than one account, and i am not sending traffic away from your site, i followed every rule, well at least i thought i did, i will wait to see why you have blocked me, as again i really have no idea.

If I were you, I would contact the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint. The FTC can make sure to open a file for investigation if people are getting scammed through Fiverr. The word would get out quickly if this is the case.

Another note - it doesn't matter if they are based in Israel or some other country. If people are getting scammed, the FTC and the American consumers will make it tough for them to do business here.
