Fitness 19 review: Horrible customer service

I've been a member of fitness 19 since 2008 and I've probably referred over a dozen people to the club, but that will never happen again. A new employee named Christina at the antelope location is telling me I have no guest rights or member service rights because I brought a friend to the gym hoping that he can work out with me with a week pass and then start a membership, when I asked if she cared about getting new clients her response was "I can care less if he signs up or not" And that I had to leave or she was calling the police. That is the Most unprofessional customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire 13 years of being with fitness 19, probably going to look for a new gym this week. Fitness 19 should be ashamed to hire people who treat members like that.
