I continue to receive numerous phone calls from these scammers. They continue to harass me regarding a false debt and when I try to probe for answers they get aggressive, yell and hang up the phone. In addition to calling me, they repetitively call my family members as well. I actually had one representative say find yourself a good attorney and good luck finding us.

This company called me several times demanding money and threating me that this will end up in a legal battle, I told them to bring it on, I am ready to fight for my own self against this matter. First I am going to the police and report this scam and give them the phone number they have called me on several times, when you refuse to pay they try to get ugly with you and hang up on you when you fight back, I am no nut, sure I have made loans on line and paid everyone back, they stole my social security number and they have the ending to it, who would call up someone and say give me the money and you don't even know they are, they are the fools, go out and get you a real job, they will burn in hell for this scam, and I assure you they will not get a penny from me, block their calls and do not answer these creeps, and low lite trash from the gutter of satan's den.

Call my mother in law about a "debt" my husband owes and provide her with a claim number. Refuse to talk to me. I asked for an address and they refused to offer one stating that due to privacy concerns they are unable to provide me with one. call from [protected] and [protected]. I have called back several times and spoken to several different reps... 2 different voices multiple names, and each one ends up hanging up on me after I refuse to give the last 4 of my husband's ss#.

First recovery associates have called my mother in law regarding a "debt" my husband has. They have called from 2 different numbers: [protected] and [protected]. Upon receiving every call and claim number I call them back and ask for their physical address. Each time they refuse. However, the last time I advised them I could get the authorities involved. I was told "get yourself a good lawyer and good luck finding us". So now I'm calling back every few minutes. Once was to ask if they had time for a survey, once was( my favorite) "I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my daughter go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you." She laughed and hung up. I'll keep calling with redicuolous reasons until someone takes my poor mother in law and husband off their list.

This has to stop - they have called my father every day and my brother every other week. When I have called the first 2 times they were very nasty- when I ask when and which company the language took a nastier turn.
I'm in a chapter 13 and I know I did not do this - would not do this in danger of losing my home = they told me I did it on line and agreed to have it taken out of my checking - 1) I do not trust doing this on line, I have bank 2) I do not own a computer 3) I DO NOT USE CHECKS! so how did they get the info ?= I'm going to talk to my father lawyer about this real SOON.

I have been getting the same calls on my personal cell phone and on my work phone for several months now, today a live person was actually on the phone and states that they were from First Recovery Associates, The other calls just leave an automated voice mail with a case number and to call them back or press o to speak to a representative. I do not owe any pay day loans, they just will not go away even after they have been asked to stop. The numbers they use are [protected]-[protected] these are just the ones they have used yesterday and today, there have been many others. I have blocked many of their other numbers on my cell phone but because my work phone is a public phone and they call on one of the lines that does not have caller ID I cannot block them and I for the life of me cannot figure out how they got my work phone or cell phone number. I am Filing complaint with FTC and fraud.com and Consumer Financial Protection, they are just really annoying and need to be caught and put away.

I have been called by First Recovery for several months. I have called at least three times and politely advised that I have no knowledge of the person they are hunting. Let me also say I have called other times and flat out been hung up on. Each time I did get through they have assured me my number would be removed. It was not. When I called back, they would say it was because the person had listed my number on several accounts. I called them this last time at [protected] and was assured by a case manager that I would be taken out. We will see. I have no confidence in this being as Dave Ramsey says these types of collections operations are "lying if their mouths are open." The other thing that gives me no optimism is the case manager said she was not allowed to give me any type of mailing address for First Recovery.

This number has called me 4 times a day for the last 3 months. Today, they called my husbands ex wife asking if she knew me and told her to tell me to call them! I have no idea how they got her number. When I called them back, I asked them who they were and what company they are attempting to collect for and they told me that they would not give me that information until I verified my social security number. I then asked them why they are calling my husbands ex wife for my information and they told me that I had listed her phone number as a reference.(I am not sure who in the world would do such a ridiculous thing) I tried telling them to send me a letter in the mail and they said that they did and told me they didnt have time to argue and they would see me in court. They called from [protected]

I am also getting these harassing phone calls from first recovery. They are also now calling and leaving the automated call on my parents' phone. I have started asking tons of questions. many of which they find some kind of answer. When I ask for written validation notice...they hang up on me or tell me I need to start paying my bills.I also ask for the person's professional license number. They usually hang up on me at this point. Today, I was told she didnt have to have one. I said by law you are required if collecting a debt. She said they were just a mediation company. Before they have always said they were collecting for Tior Capital LLC. When they hang up, I callright back and start asking questions again. I continue this until they block me for the day. It makes them so mad that I keep calling. I said when you stop calling me, I will stop calling you!

I have received multiple calls from first recovery associates. Finally called back was hung up on multiple times and when I got a supervisor she also would not give any info unless I gave the claim number or the number they had originally called. She also developed an attitude and told me not to bother calling back unless I gave them the information. Definitely feel they are a scam trying to collect a false debt.

For the last few days, I have been getting one or two calls per day regarding collecting in the amount of $450, and it was $620 after adding interest. The representative said I took the money in June of 2010 from ACCESS LLC by online application. If I paid to him immediately in the amount of $300, the claim would be cancelled. Otherwise I would have to go to court at the risk of paying three thousand dollars. The representative had my address and social security correctly, except the email address. I told him I never took out any money like this. He kept pressing me to pay $300. He hang up finally and said, "See you in the court". I called back in half-of-an hour. This time a woman picked up my call. I asked her the name of her company and location. She said it was First Recovery Asso. at Miami, Florida. I then asked its website. She gave me www.NationalRecovery.org. I went on to this website and found it had nothing to do with First Recovery.

I've had several people call regarding an unknown debt. During the first call the rep stated that they are collecting on behalf of two claims with a total amount of $450. The 'debt' was taken out in June 2011 with Cardinal Management. I informed her that I'd never heard of such company at which point they told me that they were actually First Recovery and Associates collecting on behalf of Cardinal Management. She claimed that I'd more than likely taken out an online payday advance debt. At this point I informed them that I'd Googled Cardinal Management and it was a residential/real estate management company. Once I asked her for more information, ie: company name, exact date, etc... She promptly told me that they would take me to court so get a good lawyer.
