Ferguson Moving & Storage

i dunno why i'm havin such a diff experience than everyone else with this company. did they change who's in charge or somethin? i had some damage happen and they won't give me a straight answer. i keep callin but the person i'm supposed to talk to never picks up and now their mailbox is full.

So, like, I had a big ol' truck from Ferguson Moving & Storage come to my place on August 30, 2022. And, like, the driver totally messed up my fence, railing, and electrical lighting by parking in my hedge. I was like, "move that truck outta my hedge!" But they didn't do anything about it until later. And, like, they didn't even tell me about the damage they caused or try to fix it. So, I called and emailed the branch office on August 31, 2022 to let them know what happened. But, like, it's been over three weeks now and they still haven't done anything to make it right. Ferguson Moving moved me from a 2-bed 2 bath apartment to a 4-bed townhome. The team was real pros. They wrapped all my stuff in padded blankets and took it apart to avoid damage. They put floor runners down to keep my floors clean and were super friendly and helpful. I'd totally recommend Ferguson Moving and Storage and I'll definitely use them again next time I move.

Ferguson Moving & Storage was a big mistake. They were late, tracked mud in my house, damaged my floors and wouldn't admit it. They broke my toilet and used dirty boxes. My furniture went into storage and they broke many things. They didn't take responsibility for the damage. The owner, Lorne, was no help. He was mad that I didn't pay the balance. I paid them $3000. This was the worst move ever. I've moved many times and I wouldn't recommend them.
