We had 2 young men move our very heavy furniture with effishency. They used blankets and plastic wrap over that. Everything arrived without a problem. They refused to take a break even though we encouraged it. The bill was very reasonable. I would recommend Eagle moving to everyone.

Eagle Moving is the worst company ever. They sent movers to pick up my items on 3-July-2022, I moved to my new address on 27-July-2022. My items did not arrive until 16-September-2022. I had to call the police, it was a nightmare. I had to purchase items that were needed (bed, housewares, etc.). If you are looking for a moving company please do your research. The offer to compensate me $100. I plan on filing a lawsuit.

I had a really bad experience with Eagle Moving, LLC. They damaged or broke everything we owned during the move. It was the worst moving service I have ever dealt with in all the years we have moved. They promised a lot but couldn't deliver. None of the employees were willing to help us, and when I asked to speak to an owner, they said they don't talk to customers. I lost so many valuable items and had furniture that was damaged. No one in this company is willing to assist me. I believe we should receive a full refund of our money. This is the worst moving company ever, and I strongly advise against using them. They damaged all of our furniture.

I wouldn't recommend using Eagle Moving, LLC. They hired the worst movers, ***. They lied right from the start. Our estimated cost for the move was $3000, but it ended up being over $6,000, and they didn't inform us until they arrived to move our belongings. They promised it would only take one week, but it actually took a whole month. Communication was very poor, and when they finally arrived, most of our belongings were damaged. Even our brand new $6,000 mattress had water damage and mold all over it. Now we're left without a bed, waiting for insurance. They claimed we had two insurances worth $10,000, but they only offered us $200 for the extensive damage that cost us thousands of dollars. The movers were also incredibly rude and didn't pack our items properly. They just threw everything into 4ft tall boxes. On top of that, they showed up wearing crocs with a blown-out tire and almost hit my mailbox while backing in.

We used Eagle Moving in December . Our 82-inch flatscreen tv was droped by the movers while unpacking the truck. The movers strapped this tv to the wall of the truck on its side without packing material/boxing (negligence). Our new 75-inch flatscreen tv was also droped and destroyed. In addition to droping both TVs, they droped and punctured the fabric of our newly purchased reclining leather sofa. Outside of these items several other pieces of furniture were scratched, dented, or chipped. It is now approximately 10 weeks from the move and we have yet to receive a phone call or email concerning our claim status despite having reached out to both the mover and their insurance company (multiple times). We will provide additional feedback as our claim progresses. Based on our current experience with this company, we do not recommend them. If you are shopping for a moving company, we recommend you look elsewhere.

Do not use this moving company! I told them exactly how much furniture we had, but they lied on the inventory to give us a lower price. They never called back to confirm the inventory, and they initially planned to send a company that couldn't be found online. They promised to send information about the company, but they never did. They also ignored two of our phone calls when we tried to schedule the move with an actual person.

I requested a different company because of Eagle's incompetence, but the new company ended up charging us double because of the inaccurate inventory provided by Eagle. Now, we don't have enough money to pay for the shuttle service because they claim a semi-truck can't drive on my mom's road. Instead of the $5800 estimate given by Eagle, we have to pay nearly $13,000 to have my elderly mother's belongings delivered. Eagle has not made any effort to resolve this issue.

I have spoken to four different customer service representatives. Two of them were friendly, and I hope they find better jobs because they are nice people. However, the other two were rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional.

Eagle Moving, LLC is a terrible moving company. We recently used their services and it was a complete disaster. They sent a few guys, including a supervisor, to move our furniture. I have expensive white custom dining chairs and a custom table, a white leather couch and chair, bedroom sets, and other miscellaneous items. Shockingly, they didn't bother to cover anything and as a result, all of my furniture got damaged. I had to argue with them for months before they finally sent someone to fix the damage. They did manage to repair the wood furniture, but the leather couch ended up with a scratch and the custom chairs and table were covered in black handprints. They refused to clean them, so I had to hire someone myself. To make matters worse, the furniture that belonged to my children was all chipped and scratched, with large chunks missing. When I confronted the "claims person and Manager" about the value of the damaged furniture, they acted clueless or just plain dumb. They offered a measly compensation of $0.60 per pound for the damages, even though the contract stated otherwise. It's time to get a lawyer involved and reach out to the licensing board. According to regulations, they are required to carry $10,000 insurance for every move. I have reported everything and kept copies of all the emails and texts they sent. I'm making sure to warn all my friends about this terrible experience. I will leave negative reviews on every platform I can find to prevent others from making the same mistake I did. To top it all off, they sent me a check for the reimbursement, but it was written under my maiden name, which I changed four years ago. It's just unbelievable how incompetent they are.

We used Eagle Moving about a month ago to move 60 plastic totes from the U-Haul on Colonial to a garage in Town Village Walk, a new fancy apartment place in Fort Myers. Eagle gave us two young guys for the job. The switch from the 10' x 10' U-Haul unit to the garage went smooth, took 'em an hour. Then we had the young guys move from a 2 BR on the 3rd floor in one building to a 3 BR on the 2nd floor two buildings away. The guys kinda dropped a few plastic totes down the stairs by accident (thankfully, no damage), but other than that, they did a good job in the hot sun. We fed 'em and had plenty of Garorade and BodyArmour for 'em. We had already packed everything up, so there weren't many loose items.

Some stuff got messed up though: 1. a 27 gallon plastic tote and lid ($12), 2. an entertainment center worth $200 got broken in a few places (we took photos), 3. a stainless floor-to-ceiling shower caddy worth $40 had two pieces missing. Total loss: $252. We told Eagle right away to file an insurance claim. Left 'em 4 voicemails since then but no response.

So, even though the move itself and the workers were good, Eagle's not getting back to us is not cool. Next step: gonna go see 'em in person, find the owner of the local business, and of course, gonna post on that popular Nexdoor app that reaches lotsa people in 27 neighborhoods around Fort Myers. Gonna keep calling 'em until they answer.
