I recently had a really bad experience with FaucetDirect. Let me tell you, it was not a good time. I spent a lot of time trying to order a faucet from their website, but it was just one problem after another. First, the website was really slow and kept freezing. Then, when I finally got to the checkout page, it wouldn't let me enter my shipping address. I tried calling their customer service number, but no one answered. I sent an email, but it took them days to respond. When they finally did, they told me that the faucet I wanted was out of stock. I was so frustrated and angry. I will never use FaucetDirect again, nor will I do business with any of the other aliases they work under. It's a shame, as I had high hopes for this company, but they have let me down in a big way.
