Ordered a custom set in March. I was told they just did the same set, shouldn’t take too long. I paid $1700+, including “tip” and it’s been 6 months. They tell you complete set, but they don’t offer the tank. They tell you whatever you want to hear to get the sale. Then have the nerve to ask for a tip. I won’t EVER use this company again.

Heard nothing but good stuff about monster fairings ordered some custom fairings for them pay it over $1,000 for them was told it would take 28 days that would have been July 11 2023 started emailing and trying to call one person email me back said that they couldn't get any response from the design team but other people start emailing me saying they're the supervisor but they talk to the design team and to give them till the 21st of July 23 it's now after the 21st they still haven't even sent a picture of what the final design would look like for my approval keep getting told that it's going to take more time it's going to take more time I think they've had umpteen time have a nice thing not sure if I'll ever get up and ask her again just told I would get a free windshield for the inconvenience horrible

As a human being, I have to say that my experience with Monster Fairings has been a bit frustrating. When I tried to order my fairings from their website, I had some trouble getting the payment to go through. After several attempts, I was finally able to make the purchase.

However, even though I had received a confirmation email saying that my order had been shipped, the package took an incredibly long time to arrive. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but it took a full three months for my fairings to show up.

Despite these difficulties, I have to say that the fairings themselves are of good quality. They fit my bike perfectly and look great, so I am happy with my purchase in that regard.

Overall, I would say that Monster Fairings is a good company to buy from, but be aware that you may run into some challenges along the way. If you're willing to be patient and persistent, you'll eventually get the fairings you're looking for.
