My order - #D2041674 was placed and paid for on Nov 12. I was told it would ship in 3-7 days and that I would receive an email with a tracking number. It is now past that date range and I have received nothing. I would like to know when it would be sent out and ask for a refund because of false advertising regarding their shipping as I only ordered so that I would receive it by a certain time.
