I have had insurance with Farmers since 2021. I just wanted to let you know that I have a concern. I went to cancel home owners insurance with Farmers. I had Farmers Insurance from 1 August 2025 until 11 August 2025 and paid 1 August 2025 $320.04 for the 10 days premium used should have been $57.17 with a refund of $262.87 instead was charged $377.21 for the 10 days with no refund issued.
I am so disappointed in Farmers and their website on how this was calculated. I really think the numbers were transposed and should be $320.04-$57.17=$262.87 with refund.
