I don't usually buy things online except from Amazon or websites that have been around for a while. I read some mixed reviews about Fairy Season, but I love things that get bad reviews, like movies or restaurants, except for hair salons. I won't risk it there, lol. But I decided to give Fairy Season a try and ordered just one thing, a really cute long dress with flowers that's like the main thing they advertise. The texture in the photo looked rough, so I went for it.

There's no tracking if you choose free shipping, but as long as you know your address and it's correct, you should get it within 2-3 weeks. Mine arrived after 2 and a half weeks, and although the texture is nylon, not rough like I thought, I still like it. I got a lot of compliments from people, and the size I ordered was almost perfect. I usually wear a medium, but for dresses from Fairy Season, I'll be ordering small. I assume the sizing is different for shirts, so I'll stick to medium unless it's a long shirt or ruffly blouse.

Overall, I'm really satisfied, and I'll be ordering from Fairy Season again. I'd advise ordering just one or two things at a time, just in case the other merchandise isn't accurate to the website. I'm a very patient and optimistic person, so as long as it looks cute, I don't care. :) Thanks, Fairy Season! I'm glad I took a chance on you.

I recently made a purchase of 3 swim suits from Fairy Season and unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The first item I received was supposed to be orange, but it turned out to be neon orange, which was not what I was expecting. The quality of the garment was very poor, with the inner lining seams hanging out on the top and visible when worn. The rounded edges of the suit did not lay flush to the skin and the bottoms were completely see-through. I was very disappointed with this purchase.

To make matters worse, the other two suits I ordered were also not up to par. One of the suits had a tear in the front with loose strings hanging all over both pieces, and the other suit was supposed to have a mint green top but I was sent a sky blue top instead. I reached out to the customer service department, but unfortunately, they were not helpful at all. I provided pictures of all three garments that were completely unacceptable, but all I was offered was 10% off on future orders. This was not a satisfactory solution for me, especially after such a horrible experience.

The most they have agreed to compensate is 20% back, but I cannot recommend this company to anyone with integrity. The garments are unwearable, not true to size, and the customer service has been exceedingly frustrating and disrespectful. I waited over a month for my items, which was also a disappointment. I feel like I wasted $30 on this purchase.

Fairy Season advertises quality garments with an emphasis on excellent customer experience, but unfortunately, my experience was far from excellent. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your clothing needs. Wish.com has better quality items for the price and I have never had any issues with being refunded when I have a picture to prove the defects in the garments.

This website, Fairy Season, is not worth your time or money. I recently ordered two tanks and was promised free 3-day shipping. However, when I went to check out, I was given the option to either wait for an unknown amount of time for free shipping or pay extra for 5-day shipping. I needed the tanks for an event, so I paid the extra fee. However, my order was not processed for 3-4 days and the tracking information did not work. When it finally did work, I saw that my order had not even left their shipping facility, assuming it was even there to begin with.

I reached out to customer service and was told to just wait, even though I had paid extra for shipping and it was past the delivery due date. They eventually told me that my order was stuck in customs, even though it had not even shipped yet. After several poorly answered emails, I was offered 50% back of the shipping fee and 8% off my next purchase. Why would I order from here again?

I have read other online reviews and they all say the same thing: Fairy Season is not worth the hassle or loss of money. I doubt my tanks will ever arrive, as the tracking information still shows that they have not even left the shipping facility. Their excuse has changed from "stuck in customs" to "we have a lot of packages piled up." I highly doubt that is true.

Save yourself the trouble and do not order from Fairy Season.

Fairy Season is a web site that has some really good prices and cute clothes, but let me tell you, the quality of the items is just ridiculous. The materials they use are so CHEAP. I ordered overalls and a Romper and they feel like plastic picnic table clothes. And to make things worse, they sent me the wrong size for another item I ordered.

I bought these three items at least 4 months ago and since then I have been arguing with them over refunds. They are trying to say they can't locate the order for the Incorrect Item and that they will only give me 25-30% back for the other two garbage items they ripped me off on. They also do not do Returns because it is "too expensive" in their words.

I am so mad at this company and their customer service and policies AND their ORDERING system. I have sent them the same photos of the items I want refunded four AT LEAST 3-4 times and explained the issues with them even more. Either the employees working emails do not read the prior email conversations, they are incompetent, OR they are hoping I will get so annoyed I'll just give up and let them keep my money.

But I won't give up. If they fix my issue I will leave a review letting you all know it was handled, but as of now, it's nothing but a waste of time and energy. I do not recommend ordering from this company unless you have money to burn for crappy items. Because 4/6 times you purchase their items, they are terrible quality. If I could select 0/5 stars I would. They do not deserve my one.

However, I knew that wasn't the case and sent my measurements to show that I should fit into a medium size. Despite this, they simply apologized and said that the items didn't fit. I waited another two weeks for a response and sent multiple inquiries in the meantime. Finally, they suggested that I give the dresses to a friend or family member and offered me coupons and discounts for future shopping. This was not a satisfactory solution for me, as I wanted a refund and needed a shipping address to return the dresses.

Another week went by before I received a response, and even then, they said that shipping would be too expensive and time-consuming. They still offered me a coupon, which I found to be a complete joke. It's clear that this company is a complete scam and I would strongly advise against ordering from them. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I recently made a purchase from Fairy Season and I have to say, I was not impressed. I ordered a few pieces of clothing and some shoes for my wife's birthday at the end of September. However, the delivery was slow and I only received part of my order on the 17th of the month, and the last part on the 30th, a few days after my wife's birthday.

To make matters worse, the quality of the clothing material was terrible and looked nothing like it did on the website. I was so disappointed that I didn't even present most of the items to my wife. The shoes were the only decent part of the order.

I tried to get a return authorization from customer service, but it was a hassle. The back and forth communication was sketchy and unprofessional. Eventually, I received a message that said I could send the items back for exchange or refund, but the shipping fee was on me. The international shipping fee was too expensive, so I decided to put in a charge back dispute with my credit card company for a refund for the clothes and shoes I do not intend to keep.

Overall, I would not recommend Fairy Season. The only reason I trusted this outfit is that I have had good experiences with SHEIN in terms of quality (hit and miss, but overall pretty good), and great in terms of customer service. Spend your dollars there instead.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Fairy Season. I ordered some clothes for me and my daughter, and we were really excited to get them. But when they arrived, they were not what we expected at all. The quality was really poor, the patterns were different from what we saw in the pictures, and the sizes were totally off. And then there was the whole shipping thing. They said we had to pay for the return shipping, which is fine, but they didn't tell us that the return address was all the way in Hong Kong. And get this - the package we got was supposedly sent from Burnaby, BC, but the return address was in Hong Kong? Something fishy there.

When we finally did get the return address, the email was really threatening. They basically said they weren't going to give us a refund, and they might not even accept the package. It was really sketchy.

So yeah, I would definitely not recommend Fairy Season. And just so you know, Belle Lilly is the same company as Fairy Season, so stay away from them too.

I gotta say, I'm a big fan of Fairy Season. I'm LDS and I needed something comfy to wear as a temple worker, and this dress was perfect. Let me break it down for ya:

First off, I ordered a large (even though I probably could've gone with a medium). I'm a tall gal with long arms and legs, so I wanted something that would cover me up. This dress goes all the way down to my ankles and wrists, which I love, but it might be a bit long for shorter ladies.

My main concern was finding a dress that wouldn't wrinkle easily, and this one definitely delivered. At first, I was a little worried, but after some trial and error, I figured out the best way to keep it looking fresh. I fold it up and put it in a bag, but make sure it's completely dry before doing so. When I take it out of the dryer, I fold it up right away. It's a bit wrinkly when you first put it on, but it smooths out after about 20 minutes.

I was also worried about whether or not it would be modest and see-through. The fabric is thick and weighty, but still soft and not too heavy. It's definitely not cheap. And as for the see-through issue, I haven't had any problems with that. Some reviewers have said otherwise, but I wear a long slip with it just to be safe (I'm wearing a full slip in the picture I provided).

The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the neckline. It's a little lower than I would've liked (it comes just above the slip line), but it hasn't been a huge issue. I bought a cute lacy tunic to cover up my concerns with the neck and my back fat, and it dresses it up a bit too.

Now, let's talk about the fit. The fabric is stretchy, so it does show off some curves, but it's still flattering and does a good job of hiding any problem areas. The empire waist is especially great for women who carry their weight in their belly (like me).

And let me tell ya, this dress is well-made. I've washed it five times now (pictured here) and it's still as white as can be and fits just as nicely.

Overall, I highly recommend this dress. It's super comfortable, I've gotten tons of compliments on it, and it folds up so small that I'm planning on buying more for my daughter who just left on a mission to Pittsburgh. Plus, there are so many pretty colors to choose from and the price is unbeatable.

I just gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about my experience with Fairy Season. I thought I was getting a good deal with the free shipping and decent prices, but boy was I wrong. I ordered three shirts and only one of them was even remotely close to what I expected. The other two were a total disaster.

Let's start with the first shirt. It was supposed to be an "off the shoulder" top with a tank top underneath. But when I tried it on, I couldn't even get one shoulder out of it. The "off the shoulder" opening was the same size as the tank top opening, which made no sense. It was definitely not what I was expecting.

The second shirt was a tank top that tied into a bow on one side of the neck. But once I tied it, it gaped at the chest and looked terrible. The fabric was cut so poorly that it exposed half of my bra. I don't know how anyone could wear this in public.

The third shirt was the only one that was okay. It looked like the picture for the most part, but even then, it wasn't great quality. I was really disappointed with the clothing overall.

So I reached out to customer service hoping for a refund, but they were no help at all. They asked for pictures of the shirts, which I sent, and then they told me that the shirts looked exactly like the pictures on the website. Um, no they didn't. I explained how the shirts were supposed to fit and how they actually fit, but they still wouldn't do a return. They said it wasn't worth it to them.

When I asked for a refund, they only offered me 10% of what I paid. I was shocked. I asked for at least 50% since I wouldn't even be able to wear two of the three shirts I purchased. They came back with 15%, which was still not enough. After going back and forth with them for a week and a half, I finally got a measly $4 refund. What a waste of time and money.

To make matters worse, the sizing was all off. I'm an XL, but I had to order 2XL-4XL for the clothing to fit. It was just a mess all around. I will never shop at Fairy Season again and I don't recommend anyone else does either.

This website is a complete disaster! The sizes are all over the place and there's no way to return anything, so you're stuck with a bunch of useless junk. I even paid over ?8 for shipping to get my items in time for my vacation, but they didn't even bother to send them until 9 days later. And to make matters worse, they sent two separate parcels that arrived two weeks apart! They claimed that two of my items were out of stock (even though they had already taken my money) and forced me to choose replacement items instead of giving me a refund. The replacements I chose were absolutely terrible and completely useless.

I've been emailing back and forth with them for the past four weeks, but they only offered me a measly 20% refund and refused to refund the shipping fee I paid specifically to get my items sooner. It's like they don't even understand English because they keep repeating the same thing over and over again, even though it's not what I asked for. I told them I received the items and wasn't happy with them, but they just ignored me!

I'm still waiting for my money back and I'm stuck with these cheap, useless items. I will never, ever, EVER buy from this company again and I strongly advise you not to either!

But the real kicker was when I finally got the clothes. They were so cheap and tiny, I couldn't believe it. I mean, I know I didn't pay a lot, but come on. I emailed them right away to ask for a refund, but their response was less than helpful.

They basically told me that the clothes looked great on me and that I should keep them. But the shoes had some problems and they promised to improve the quality in the future. And get this, they offered me a discount on my next order as compensation. Are you kidding me?

When I objected, they finally gave me a tracking number to send the clothes back. But get this, I had to pay for the shipping myself and they didn't even give me an address to send them to. And they said they would only refund me if they received the clothes back. So, I'm supposed to pay to send them back to China or wherever they came from and hope they're honest about receiving them? No way.

I'm telling you, don't waste your money on these scam artists. They're not worth it.

So, I had a bit of a problem with Fairy Season. I ordered some shirts based on their sizing charts, but then I remembered that I had ordered from them before and the smalls fit better. I messaged them to see if I could change my order to smalls, but they said it was too late and shipped my order as is. When I got the shirts, they were all too big! Then, they sent me an email asking me to leave a review on Facebook to get my last order fully refunded. I tried to follow their instructions, but it didn't work. When I told them this, they just told me to order smalls on their website. It was really frustrating.

Overall, I liked the shirts, but they just didn't fit. I don't think I'll be ordering from Fairy Season again.

So, I just had a baby 5 weeks ago and I knew it would take some time for me to get back to my pre-baby size. One night, while scrolling through Instagram, I saw an ad for FairySeason website and I clicked on it right away. The prices were so low and the models in the pictures looked so beautiful in their clothes. I ordered 3 dresses, a sweatshirt, and a pair of shorts for a total of $50. I was so excited to receive my order and finally have some comfortable summer dresses to wear while I'm trying to get back into shape.

After waiting for 3 weeks, I finally received my order today. I was so excited to open the packages and try on my new clothes. But to my surprise, I received children's clothing instead of the clothes I ordered. The dresses were made of costume material and two of them were so small that they looked like longer tank tops. I was so disappointed because I was really looking forward to wearing these clothes.

To make matters worse, I found out that I couldn't return the clothes. I was so frustrated and upset that I told my boyfriend that I would give the clothes to our 8-year-old neighbor girl. The clothes were so small that they would fit her perfectly. I ordered a mix of medium and small sizes, but all of them turned out to be fit for an 8-year-old girl. I'm 27 years old and I can't believe that I received children's clothing instead of the clothes I ordered.

Overall, my experience with FairySeason was not good. The low prices and beautiful pictures on the website were deceiving. I would not recommend this website to anyone who is looking for quality clothing. The fact that I couldn't return the clothes made the experience even worse. I hope that FairySeason will improve their customer service and quality of their products in the future.

But hey, to be fair, Fairy Season did reach out to me and apologize for the mix-up. They promised to send me a replacement for the 18 items that were wrongly sent. I'm willing to give them another chance, but I'm still pretty skeptical. I just hope they follow through on their promise.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from Fairy Season. The item I received is not what I ordered. I contacted their customer service and followed their instructions on what to do. I wasn't asking for a refund, I just wanted the item I purchased. I received an email asking if I would take a 50% refund. I said no, I wanted the item I purchased. Every day for a week I received basically the same email, only worded a little differently, asking me to take a 50% refund. The wording was changed to make it look like I had requested a full refund and they were doing me a favor by giving me a 50% refund. The last email I received was asking me to "meet in the middle" and accept a 70% refund. Why would I accept a 70% refund, paying 30% for an item I did not order and do not want? This company is a scam. They advertise products, send items not ordered, then expect the consumer to let them keep half of the original purchase price as a courtesy. Yes, the items are cheap, and mis-sized. They are shipped from China, there is no way to track the packages, and they take a long time to get. I expected that, and was okay with it. What I am not okay with is not getting what I ordered and paid for. If you order from this company you should expect a very high probability of losing your money.

I recently had an experience with Fairy Season and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I took the time to carefully read through their return policy and even took my measurements before placing my order. However, when my items arrived, they were absolutely massive! I immediately reached out to the company to inquire about a return or exchange. They requested that I send a QR code and pictures, which I promptly did.

To my surprise, the company responded by stating that it would be too expensive for me to return the items and instead offered me a discount on my next order. I explained that I did not want to spend more money and that I had no one to give the oversized clothing to. I requested that they honor their return policy and allow me to exchange or return the items.

Unfortunately, the company continued to refuse my request and even asked me why I did not want to take advantage of their discount offer. I was frustrated and disappointed that they were not following their own policy and making it difficult for me to return or exchange the items.

To make matters worse, there is no phone number to call and the only way to contact them is through email. I have now asked three times for exchange or return information and they have yet to provide me with a solution. They also informed me that I would need to send the items back to each individual place that sent them, which left me confused and unsure of where to send them.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing anything from Fairy Season. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I wish I could give them a zero rating.

DON'T BUY FROM FAIRY SEASON! THEY DON'T LET YOU RETURN STUFF THAT DOESN'T FIT OR ISN'T GOOD QUALITY (AND IT'S NOT EVEN BROKEN OR ANYTHING).

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has been trying to get in touch with fairyseason.com because they've gotten a lot of complaints about them. People say they ordered stuff three months ago and never got it, and when they email the company, they're told they can't get their money back. Other people say the stuff they got wasn't very good quality, but fairyseason.com won't let them return it like they're supposed to. Some people even say the stuff they got didn't look like what they saw on the website!

The BBB told fairyseason.com about all these complaints and asked them to explain what they're doing to fix things. But as of August 6, 2020, fairyseason.com hasn't said anything back. The BBB is worried about how fairyseason.com does business and thinks you should be careful if you're thinking about buying from them.

This advertising was on facebook and thought i could trust this company. Its been months since i paid for the products and i have still not received anything.

Many of us trust what we see and have faith that these companies will be trustworthy. Sadly sometimes they are not.

I ordered clothes and followed the size guide and they came way too big I reached out for return or exchange and not I have emailed back and forth 5 times now and the only resolve is they recommended that I order new items at a discounted price. I ordered 3 Christmas tree ornaments. Two of the said ornaments were flat while one was a round bulb. When I received my package it was in a thinly slightly padded envelope. The two flat ornaments were fine the bulb however was not. It was not in a box or anything protective. It was thin plastic and heavily damaged. I tried my best to take a butter knife, put it inside and push out all the crinkles. It was still looking pretty grim. Shortly after this (within a couple hours) I got a phone call that my mother was in critical health and had to leave to go 933 miles to her hospital bedside. Where I stayed for over two weeks. During this time I tried to send emails to customer support and they kept (same person) kept saying they need a picture. I explained I don't and cannot get a picture due to an emergency. Every time I sent an email I got the same exact response from the same person. I asked for a manager/supervisor to no avail. After I got home my husband doesn't know what he did with the damaged ornament. I still cannot get anyone to help me. All I get it the same generic answer from the same person. BUYER BEWARE! This company will NEVER get another order from me.

I ordered as Christmas gifts and When I received them pkg was torn small amount of bubble wrap if any and all the bulbs are caved in in different locations on the bulbs .pictures below, can I have new ones sent to me in better packaging maybe bubble wrap and in a hard box . Never buy anything from fairyseason! Paid for a product and shipping, the product they sent (when it finally arrived) was broken. They will not send a new product and they will not give me my money back. All their costumer service writes to me is "please accept our sincerity"... They've scammed me out of my money, i'm only relieved I didn't buy anything very expensive from them. They are a fraud.

I ordered 4 items of clothing on March 29th, 2020. I never recieved a confirmation email but funds were debited from my account. I sent several emails inquiring about my order and could not get a response through the email they provided on their website. Finally got a response from Facebook but had to try 2 different FairySeason accounts before I got a response. They wanted to know my bust, waist and hip size. Well I know my sizes and according to their size chart I ordered size smaller than what they suggested but the items were still to big. I have been trying to return the items as it says no where in the refund policy that you cant get a refund.

I'm trying to login to my account so that I can check on my order history and when my items are being shipped. I've tried every way to login to my account but there is no prompt to do this. I have placed alot of orders and need to find out when I can expect to receive them. I'm very frustrated as I have done most of my shopping through this website. Can you please help me? Thank you!

Worst customer service ever. Got two tankinis both XL in size after measuring myself according to their chart. One tankini is way too big and one my boobs were sticking out. Obviously sizing issues. I wrote many emails, nothing, then I wrote a review to which they responded with "we have emailed you to rectify issue". They did not email me. I updated my review to state that they'd lied and I received an email immediately telling me that they would send the right sizes as long as I paid $5 shipping. I have emailed 7 times since to ask how to pay and asked for confirmation that the new sizes have been sent, nothing. I'm over it. Don't ever buy from these dodgy scammers. How can you send two XL items when they are so incredibly different in measurement?!? I've given up on trying to fix this issue, like a lot of people on the reviews pages.

I placed my order on 5-7-19 and still have not received it as of 6-26-19. I have asked for a refund numerous times and still have not received. They only respond that there was an issue with my address and if I want to pay an additional $10.99 they will reship. My shipping address is 100% correct. This site is a complete SCAM! Do not order from here. I will be filing a claim with my credit card today.

I order over ten different items, which was mainly shirts and a few swimming suits. Many of which was for my mom for Mothers Day, which they did not arrive in time so I have to get her another gift. However, I finally received the items I was unhappy with the quality and how they fit. I tried returning the items and have been getting no where with them. While the prices of the clothes are cheap, so is the quality and service you will get. I wish I would have read the other reviews and saw the struggles other people dealt with on receiving their clothes and trying to cancel and return items. If I was any other customer I would not order anything from this retailor and look some where else for the same clothes, which can be found on Amazon by other retailors with better quality and service you may just pay a few bucks more.

Completely dishonest company - no refunds, no exchanges allowed
I would not give this company even one star unless the review site forced it. I ordered a shirt for a christmas present - it arrived after almost 3 weeks and was made from the cheapest possible materials and almost see thru - it was the hallmark movie watching long sleeve shirt. Not only that - it was at least 2 sizes too small (I ordered a large) for my petite wife to allow for some washing/drying shrinkage - and they will neither exchange or provide a refund. It has never been worn, and I followed all of their emailed instructions and requests in my attempt to return the shirt. I plan to bash and blast their terrible and dishonest company in as many places as possible - but my advice is, unless you just wish to throw away your money and not deal with a reputable company that will stand behind their products - do not buy anything from this crappy organization called fairyseason.
