I tried to talk about one of my exchange as your cashier didn’t put any receipt in my clothing bag. Sunridge location manager said that they can’t do any exchange, without the receipt, I tried to explain that they can find that in their system as at that day there was one newly hired was the cashier and she took my email Id, name contact again to feed it in the system, I really cooperated very well even though manager was little rude but after that she was very nice to me when I tried to explain., I tried to understand new cashier very well as she was asking few things to the near by lady and taking long time for feeding my info in system.. even I was getting late for my meeting near by. And manager said they can’t do it so
I tried to talk about that to dist. manager, I explained her what happened but she cut my call between that she can not resolve it if it happened. And then o try to call again but she didn’t pick. I waited in the Sunridge mall more than 3 hours butI did not get any call back and when I tried to call again. and she was literally rude in her voice, instead of solving my problem. She has blocked my no. So I am complaining is this your customer service. N how about my wastage of time, secondly I came from the other city to do that exchange within a week.
Incident - I have bought one shrug for almost 29. Something and then I return it next week, and randomly bought two dresses by paying some extra in cash, but one of them was jumpsuit, I got to know and then in same week I tried to exchange it and even I said I can buy something else as I don’t wear jump suits. And I didn’t find any receipt, in the bag, and the tag I removed it as I was going to keep both of the dresses but just day before I saw that one is jump suit. So that why wanted to return it as I swear I never worn it. but they denied it and even they said they can not find any info about me in the system. I still waiting for the response but none of your team contacted me. It is really kinda harassment by your dist. Manager. I literally cried and upset after that. I will wait for your answer.
Please take an action for this as this is really awful situation for me at that time.
