Confirmed Dec 24, 2025, I never received my order not one item.
I called the number listed (828) 818-1404 on the site no one answered, also I message them on January 5, 2026, 2:13 PM no one message me back.

my order has not shipped as of now, still waiting to hear back from this company
this is not acceptable to be waiting for the order that has not been shipped.

Desired outcome: to update me on the status and to ship me the merchandise that I ordered are refund me back my method of payment if the order cannot be shippedplease contact me by email.
