I would give zero stars if I could. Out of three boxes not a single one had the meals I actually ordered. My partner is on a strict keto diet for medical reasons and can only eat one or two of the meals out of each box even though I searched through all of the options and very carefully selected 50% of the meals as keto and the other 50% low carb.
When I tried to talk to someone at the company to complain, I spent over an hour sitting and waiting for a person to answer the chat. Each time a customer service agent arrived on the chat they pretended like I wasn’t responding and sent me back to wait for a person again. I tried calling and the exact same thing happened. I was on hold for ages and someone would pick up and hang up on me every time. I can’t figure out how to get an actual person to speak to me. I want a refund and I think I’m just going to have to suck it up and accept that the hundreds of dollars are wasted and give the food to someone who can use it.
