I'm extremely disappointed with FabricGuru!
I don't know where to start. Well, I used FabricGuru for a long time and love everything about this company. Ordered a piece of fabric from them and had to order another piece. I made my order and bought the same piece of fabric but the one arrived was darker. I contacted customer service and they said that it wasn't darker! I compared two pieces and there was a huge difference. I sent them pictures where it was clearly visible that colors were different but they still said that there was nothing wrong. I'm extremely disappointed with FabricGuru!
Seller wasn't helpful
I ordered fabrics from the company www.fabricguru.com. I got the tracking number and the information that the order has been sent. After 4 weeks I understood that something was wrong. I checked the tracking number and it showed that the order has been delivered. But I have nothing. I emailed the seller, but the rep was so rude and completely unhelpful. Don’t buy from this company.
