FabricGuru review: Seller wasn't helpful

I ordered fabrics from the company www.fabricguru.com. I got the tracking number and the information that the order has been sent. After 4 weeks I understood that something was wrong. I checked the tracking number and it showed that the order has been delivered. But I have nothing. I emailed the seller, but the rep was so rude and completely unhelpful. Don’t buy from this company.
