Medlicense After doing some research, I chose Medlicense to help me apply for a license to practice Medicine in Florida

After doing some research, I chose Medlicense to help me apply for a license to practice Medicine in Florida. I gotta say, it was the right choice. The staff made it super easy for me to give them all the info they needed and they were awesome to work with the whole time. I got my license in less than three months, even though it was a bit tougher because I've been practicing for a long time and COVID made things even more difficult.

I highly recommend Medlicense. They're the real deal.

Medlicense I've been using Medlicense.com to get my licenses, but I've encountered several issues

I've been using Medlicense.com to get my licenses, but I've encountered several issues. Firstly, when it came to obtaining a license for Washington, they asked me to get fingerprinting cards done, even though I had already done them for other licenses. I had to pay for this myself, along with the fees I had already paid to Medlicense.com. I sent the cards to the board as requested, but it's been over 5 months and I still haven't received approval for the license. When I contacted MedLicense.com, they said the board had the necessary information and were waiting for final approval. However, another staff member later told me that the board hadn't received the fingerprint cards and I would have to send them again at my own expense. They also claimed to have no record of the fees I paid, even though I have email proof. The staff members' responses conflicted with each other, leaving me with no resolution and demanding a full refund.

Secondly, I also had issues with the Tennessee license obtained through Medlicense.com. They didn't inform me about an additional fee called a 'professional tax' required for the license. I had to repeatedly ask the owner, Mr. Michael, for this information, and his responses were dismissive and rude. If I had known about these extra fees, I wouldn't have pursued the license, as it is already the most expensive one I have, costing $1200. Overall, I have spent over $8,000 on their services, and their attempts to mislead and misguide me have made it impossible to continue working with them. They seem unaware of licensing requirements and fail to inform physicians about the necessary steps. I've worked with other licensing companies, and Medlicense.com is the worst due to their lack of knowledge and follow-through. I simply want a refund for the licenses I haven't obtained and the undisclosed additional fees.
