It claims to be able to track a phone and be able to view in real time what is on that phone. Neither is true. You can only see what the person chooses to put on iCloud not what's on the phone itself and the app sucks so much you can not track anything. I purchased this and it was money down the toilet that they refuse to refund. Do not buy this!

If not for the help of this genius WIZOTEC, Who helped me hack and access iPhone messages, I would have ended up in the worse marriage ever. They had planned for her to marry me, set me up, get a divorce and take half of all I ever worked for. It broke me but trust me, it literally saved my life. This website is a biggest sc^m! Be aware please DO NOT purchase from them, it's a waste of money and time. It does not work at all. Before purchasing, I was promised lots of features basically all I asked they promises I will get, but after purchasing I realized there are many features missing plus even the little features I got are not working!
Customer service and billing department are very unprofessional and careless! You will never get your refund even tho service is not working. I requested for refund because it is not working on my iPhone nor on my pc, they suggested to me instead of refund to give me lifetime subscription. Do not waste your money
This people are a sc^m! Hire WIZOTEC instead if you want the best, I recently came across them on Instagram and due to the good reviews, I hired their services.
I am now fully aware that it is better to hire professionals that are focused on this kind of job instead of people you're not sure they can do it.

Let me tell you about my experience with EyeZy. First of all, let me just say that I was extremely disappointed with their so-called "customer support." They claim to have 24/7 live support, but let me tell you, that's just not true. I tried to get in touch with them multiple times and never received a response. It's frustrating when you have an issue that needs to be resolved and you can't even get ahold of anyone to help you.

To make matters worse, I'm now having to dispute charges with my bank because EyeZy was no help at all. It's really a shame because I had high hopes for this company. I was looking for an affordable solution to my eye problems and I thought I had found it with EyeZy. But unfortunately, their lack of customer support and inability to resolve my issue has left me feeling let down.

I would not recommend EyeZy to anyone based on my experience. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. If you're looking for an eye care solution, I suggest looking elsewhere.

First of all, there is no support available on EyeZy. I attempted to seek assistance multiple times, but the query was never addressed. It was a frustrating experience, and I felt ignored and unimportant.

Moreover, their advertisements were outright lies. They make exaggerated claims and promises that turn out to be untrue. I was under the impression that this product would provide me with excellent results, but that was not the case. Their false advertising is deceiving and simply not acceptable.

The cost of EyeZy is ridiculous. They lure you in with a cheap price, but it is a trap. I was devastated when I was charged a substantial amount after purchasing the product. It was not mentioned anywhere that the price was going to skyrocket, and they took advantage of me.

So I tried EyeZy to see what all the hype was about. And honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The dashboard they give you doesn't really offer anything more than what you could find by logging into your iCloud account for free. Don't get me wrong, it might be useful for Android users, but if you're an iPhone or iPad user, you'll want to steer clear of this.

I mean, I get it, EyeZy is supposed to be a tool to help you keep track of your phone usage and protect your eyes from strain. And maybe it does that for some people, but I found it lacking. Plus, the way they advertise it makes it seem like it can do so much more than it actually can.

On a positive note, the dashboard is pretty easy to navigate, which is always a plus. And, I will say, the app doesn't crash or anything like that, so that's good. Maybe EyeZy will improve over time, but for now, I'm not really sold on it. If you're an Android user, it might be worth checking out, but as an iPhone user, I think there are better options out there.

EyeZy sucks. They totally rip you off with their eyeAssistance and Priority Phone support. And good luck trying to get a hold of someone to help you out. I've been trying for days and they just ignore me. And don't even bother asking for a refund - they'll just ignore your emails. Plus, their software doesn't even work right and there's no one around to help fix it. So yeah, do yourself a favor and avoid EyeZy at all costs.

EyeZy? Ha! More like Eye-Sigh... What a useless software! So, I had this tiny issue with my teenage kid and decided to give EyeZy a try. It seemed promising at first since they said I could use my iCloud info to set up, but boy was I wrong! I had to link the phone to the computer and it took me FOUR hours to sort things out. And what did I get for all that trouble? Almost nothing!

I couldn't even view Snapchat, which is the app I was most interested in keeping tabs on. Messages were also problematic because they only showed one side, leaving me confused and guessing at their context. And don't even get me started on the "real-time" chat support! If you're lucky, you might get an actual person on the other side.

Now, I've had some help here and there, and this one dude seemed to know what he was talking about, but he didn't actually read my issue. He just copy-pasted some advice from their website, which didn't even help. And whenever I try to chat with support, they keep telling me I changed my password without the key file. But, get this, THEY also told me not to touch the key file and just to store it somewhere safe!

Oh, and links sent by support don't even work! Can you believe it? It's been 12 days and I'm still waiting for my refund. And to top it all off, all my data is encrypted and it's been that way for the same amount of time. Absolutely useless! If you want my advice, stay away from EyeZy. It's nothing but useless drivel.

This software is utter rubbish. I signed up having some minor issues with my teen, got told I could do it on iCloud info, which was great, but soon realised it gives you absolutely nothing, and I would need to link the phone to the comp. This took about 4 hours, and didnt really do what I thought it would. I thought I would be able to view snapchat (the prime evil app) but nope. Messages were only 1 sided so it was difficult to even ascertain what the context of the message was.
I have had very sporadic help. One guy was very good, however he didnt actually read my issue, just copied and pasted a load of advice from their site, which didnt answer my question. Keep being told I have changed my password without the key file, but also told I am not to touch the key file just store it somewhere safe. Links sent by support didnt work.

I have been requesting a refund now for 12 days! All my data is encrypted and has been for around the same time. Absolutely Useless Drivel!

EYEZY agent Dan Barrett confirmed me that I can get full data from target phone by using their special package @$291.35 with DETECTICO. We don't need any physical phone access or icloud credentials by trusting this I tried to use their service as per their commitment but it got failed, on 5th Feb their support team confirmed me that I got wrong information about DETCTICO, all data can not be taken from phone number. Now When i am asking my refund they are refusing to my money back.

Please help me to get my refund else I have file official complaint against this fraud/cheating case.
