Exxon customer service

Cashier got upset because I didnt know with how much my vehicle fills up, I gave her my license, credit card and $100.00 so that I can fill her up. And she yelled at me said she needed to know how much exactly, I told her I dnt know how, much so she said I'm going to kick you out of the store and was gonna call the police, I didn't do anything wrong I just wanted service. This happened around 7:30 PM on Saturday sept 7th 2019. I left but I am very disappointed as I am a customer who only needed gas! Exxon not allowed to use the restroom

At 920pm, I stopped to get gas and use the restroom before driving 30 mins home. I was stopped by an employee before entering and he said restrooms were for customers only, I told him I was purchasing gas and he still refused to let me use the bathroom. He said they were closed for cleaning now. No signs were posted about it being closed. Nor was it mentioned when I first tried to enter.

Mobil in Chico, Ca, same issue... Paying customers are refused use of restroom, falsely accused of drug use, called lowlifes, told by cashier she didn't want my kind in her store, followed, watched, falsely accused of texting said employee, threatened, then its gets better area district manager gives same employee my cell number, now I have to miss work every two weeks for court, employee is asking for a restraining order against me, all of this at a gas station we have spent a lot of money at over the years. I am done getting the run around. WoW

I just left the gas station on route 35 in south amboy. I had my driver side Window down while getting my gas. I shut off my engine and was just on my phone found through emails. The gas attendant immediately began staring at me once my car began to fuel. He asked me where I was going. He asked how old I am and said I look much younger than my age of 29...

It seems that this particular station has a complete lack of supervision over the past 3 years the same issues seem to never improve. when complaing to the staff, it is like talking to the wall + receipts rarely print out at pumps, you are forced to go into store and wait for one + window washing equipment is worn out and some areas do not have any. ...

Exxon red bull 2 for $5.

The red bull rings up at nearly $6. Employee asked the assistant manager who was in back why it didn't ring out correctly. Manager told him that that's just the tax added on. If that is true then you are illegally charging a higher tax rate that the legal limit. The manager refused to come up front And told cashier not to change anything! The assistant managers name is dakotah.

Exxon never prints a receipt and it was filthy

I regularly go to this mobil. I think its under new ownership. For about a year now when I get gas, none of the pumps will issue a receipt so I always have to go into the store. When I asked the gas station attendant he to me it was nothing they could do about it.

Today when I purchased gas it looked as if a party took place outside. There was trash all over the place, broken glass that I didn't see until I stepped out to pump gas. I was wearing sandals and could have cut my feet.

Something needs to be done...they should be issued a fine.

Exxon bad service and bad behavior

While I was in the gas station located address above. I was taking drink from the market, I was parking my motorcycle out, Mr. Essam Abdel Moneim (the owner) come to me and start says bad words and hit me and cut my t shirt with no reason, I applied a complain at police department by his name, but he hurting me. Exxon angry cashier

08/14/19 I set my alcohol beverage on the counter cashier kailee Amber Knight with out anything said picked my drink up and aggressively threw my drink across the store crushing the can I stood there in shock as she's cussing at me to leave. I asked for a new one so she stormed cussing getting me another one then rudly threw it at me as being cussed at.walked outside trying to get ahold of someone else she fallowed me to smoke a cigarette saying I told you to leave I'm calling the cops. I wrote a review on the Google page and apparently her boss let her keep her job. No matter what the situation is if I don't say anything to you you have no wright to cuss and throw the crap outta can drink it went almost to the bathrooms. You do NOT do that as a cashier no matter what .

Exxon gas quality

I was visiting usa on saturday august 10th, 2019 I stopped by 'exxonmobil [protected] - plattsburgh - ny' and filled my car tank with gas. I faced several issues. Engine light is turned on after driving a few kilometers from the station.

Next day, I checked the issue at autozone store in lake george and they informed about misfire problem in ignition coils. I could not maintain the car on monday since all stations are closed.

I took the risk and drove back to montreal/canada. I sent my car to a dealer he tried to replace ignition coils and spark plugs. Computer reading is giving random ingition coil numbers.

He confirmed that this issue is related to the quality of gas because the gas is not pure and mixed with other liquids like water.

They could not fix the issue because it needs a lot of work starting from emptying the gas tank, checking the engine, and maybe replacing all engine coils and spark plugs. This will cost not less than [protected]$. It depends if the engine has issues or not.

I want to file an offical complain on exxonmobil about this gas station after getting the full inspection report.

Exxon fraud division management

Since May 2019 we have received phone calls or emails EVERY SINGLE TIME we purchase ANY AMOUNT OF GAS ... no matter how small or large the fill up. The first time we were called, we were told "FL & TEXAS have high-crime rates". -- SO? -- Why should all card users in those states now have to suffer for poor management of this problem by their "Fraud Department". Why not implement spending-alert limits that can be set by the card-users themselves -------- just like other credit card companies have had in place for over 10 years?! Or do they prefer to save money on new software & instead harass their card-users?

I was at the above location the hose was old and worn out. It split and I got sprayed with fuel. My shoes and pants, etc are ruined. Thankfully it didn't get in my eyes. The manager won't offer me anything for my loss not even the cost of fuel that I got the pleasure of being dowsed in! They lied to the State of Michigan and said the hose looked to be cut...

Exxon cashier zane

I went to your store to get a few things i got what i needed and put it on the counter zane rang my stuff up everything was good tell this point i used my debit card and hit yes for cash back zane blows up slams his clipboard down on the counter and yells at me "this aint no god dam atm now i haft to count my till all over "i dont go to your stores to get scolded by your employee for using services that are offered i would like it if you would do something about it before he gets hurt really badly for running his mouth or he hurts a customer thank you for taking the time to read this

Exxon getting gas

I was there getting gas. The attendant put the gas in my car. Came over to me to collect the money and said thank you. I started my car and drove a little bit and relies the gas door wasn't closed. I pulled over to close the door to notice the knob to the gas wasn't on. I had to turn around go back to the gas station to have them put the knob back on. T. Jones

At the Exxon in clinton ar you have 2 outside pump s one has gasoline and one has gasoline and diesel. It would be nice to see both outside pumps to be only diesel. Because when I pull up to put diesel in their is usually a car their getting gasoline, so for the time it takes them to go in and pay then pump gasoline I ha e to wait to pump diesel. Where if both outside pumps was diesel two trucks could be pumping diesel. Never understood why exxon done this that way a good customer s concern thank you exxon the tiger

Exxon bad gas

I purchased gas at the Tucker, GA store on Aug 1. left the location went straight home. At approximately 12 noon the Aug 2, I experienced mechanical issues with the my engine. I had it towed to the repair shop to find out the issue. I will keep you updated on the diagnostic. Attached is the receipt for the fuel purchase. Also I went in to swipe my fuel and the agent working was not knowledgeable on how to process it.

Exxon management

This location does not operate and do business in a good manner. On aug 2 2019 a young girl came in the store to purchase cigars and the cashier sold her a pack without asking for ID a second later a police office came and identified himself and notified the cashier that she had just sold to a minor and the store was issued a fine from the city. They have always received fines for selling outdated products, customers have complained that products are stale or outdated but the managers continue to neglect the quality of their products. The one manager there, Mark, is VERY rude to customers and even worse to his employees.
There is a video of him putting his hands on customer. He mistreats both customers and employees, he's rude he's constantly cutting hours and providing no explanation, he neglects the store. The store is really run so poorly it's a terrible way to do business.

Exxon pricing fraud

Last week I went into this gas station and bought a pack of Marlboro Special Select 100 lights. I was delighted to see they had the 50 cents off coupon on the front and was sold them and given the discount no problem.

Last night, 7/31/19 at about 9:15 pm I walked in and asked for Marlboro Special Select 100 lights again. I could see the packs with the 50 cents off coupon on the cigarette wall behind the woman at the counter.

She proceeded to pull a pack without the discount from above the cash register, not visible to customers.

I politely asked if I could have the pack on from the cigarette wall behind her with the coupon with a smile expecting her to oblige.

She said, "I told told not to sell those. They are for display only."

I calmly said, "That's silly, they are the ones on display. You can't show a discounted product to the customer and then refuse to sell it to them and instead sell them the full price product hidden from view!"

She said, "Nope. Can't have them. They are for display only'."

I said, "but I purchased a pack the other day in here and they gave them to me without me even asking."

She still refused. I made the purchase anyway but regret it. I was fuming about it all night, on the principle of it, not the 50 cents.

That is pricing fraud and I will never purchase anything, including gas from ANY mobile station again.

I tried to call the station today twice to see if a manager would stand behind the statement of his employee that she was told she could not sell the discounted item on display. The phone rang and rang and no one ever picked up.

I think Mobile seriously needs to look into the practices of this station as they are pure fraud at the most and very poor customer service at the least.

Exxon rude and aggressive counter staff

The lady at the counter did not activate the pump for about 10 minutes as I was standing there. I decided to complain and walked to the window, but got a call on the way to window, and the woman was so rude, shouting at me through the window and arguing that I was on my phone near the pump. I told her I only answered the call on my way to the counter. She was completely rude and obnoxious. Terrible service. She just told me to bugger off. I got into my car and went to fill up at the competition and will not go back there again. This is a surefire way of losing good loyal customers. This was in my work vehicle, but I will now also never again go to a Mobil with my private vehicles. Shocking that people can be treated like this in this day and age. This is unacceptable and someone should do something about this.

Stopped in the store to purchase cigarettes. I purchased 6 packs of one brand and 3 of another. He didn't give me a receipt and told me his machine was broke. I insisted he give me one so he did. I then noticed he charged me for 5 packs of the other brand when I only got 3. Another working there issued a refund for me but said he couldn't put it back to my card so gave me cash. They tried the "can't give you a receipt " scam!

Exxon manager and assistant manager

I decided to walk away from the company.. I gave them two weeks notice and they told me that I never wrote out my two weeks notice. They are both unreliable and needs to be seen and look at. Every time I tried to take time off two weeks in advance I always find my time requested sheet in the garbage. I have asked them to switch my schedule around so I can be home at night with my babies and they refused to switch my schedule around. Theirs many times I have asked to take a break and chill because I have a doctor note that I gave her saying that I will need to take breaks because of health and still none of that. I went in many times to get my check and they refused me of giving me my check and they were rude and unprofessional like. My privacy was also invade by the manager and assistant manager resending message that I sent to the manger to a regular customer. My information should have been confidentional and it has be violent. I have a lawyer right now and he said we have a case that we can win. Even though I don't want to sue the company. I want justice to the manager and assistance manger. I want to be compsation on my privacy being violented and and the distress thats they put on me. Thank you for your time. I have my lawyer ready and preparing to go to court. Unless we can come up with a solution that is reasonable.. I know the company needs a new manager and assistance manger asap.
