Being called a liar by your store manager
Went in to get my coffee and cigarettes as usual. Was not aware of the line in the next isle. Was confronted buy the dark skinned manager and went to the back of the line in the other isle after being told I cut in the line.
Attempted to explain why I did that is when she called me a liar in front of a asst manager and 6-7 customers
I found myself left humiliated and embarrasted
I consider myself a person of integrity and proper manner

I have been going to exxon mobile for many years[40] and have never been treated in such a manner. I am askiing for immediate action in the she be demoted or as least fired so no one can be subjected to same hostility towards customers such as myself
Please respond by both e-mail and by letter and expidiate
So this does not continue

On 1/12/20 around 6:30 pm I stopped at this store to buy a few snacks for lunch. After paying for the items I get back in my car and it would not start . I went back into the store and asked if anyone had jumper cables. One of the customer say yes and I asked her to give me a jump. After trying to jump my car for several minutes it would not start . It was raining hard and I had just drove through some high water on the freeway. So I went back into the store and ask one of the clerk if I could leave my car there until My road side assistance got there. He said you can not leave it overnight. I told him I would have the car moved in the next couple of hours but I was taking an Uber to work at Delta which was about 10 mins away and would be back when my roadside assistance get there. I left and came back at 915 pm and they had towed my car. I am a 100% disable Veteran and I expect to be be treated better than this. My next step is to take this to the local news and contact Delta cooperate to start a campaign to boycott this store. I want to be reimbursed for the money I had to pay the towing company and an apology.

On 1/7/2020 at around 7pm, my husband fueled up at our local Mobil station. He needs a receipt for work, and as he tried to get his receipt from inside the store, the attendant was outside smoking on her break. She told him she was on break and was entitled to her 10 min. So, my husband waited around and came back to the store. He got in line and was asked by the same attendant to change the sign from closed to open. My husband who is not able to hear out of his right ear, could not hear her. And asked, excuse me? She then said, "oh, I thought I was speaking English, move the sign from closed to open". There are so many levels as to how wrong, inappropriate, and unprofessional this is, as I'm sure you're able to see in this situation. Please let me know how you will be addressing this employee, I'm sure there are records as to who was working that particular shift. My family and I have used this gas station for over 20 years. But in light of this situation, I would rather seek business with another fueling station than deal with this type of insensitive and rude treatment. I am open to learning how Mobil will remedy this type of customer harassment. Sincerely,

This staion NEVER has gas pumps loaded with paper for customer receipts ! I use Exxon/Mobil staion elsewhere on Long Island, NY with no problem.

I've mentioned this to staion management AND to this forum previously but nothing changes.

A lady named Adrienne working as cashier at Mobil. Everytime I go into mobil which is daily this employee is extremely rude with customers she questions every person buying products. She continuly repeating everything the costumer says as shes laughing at you. taking the costumer money then laughs at you more. She's seems like shes on drugs or pills and has been touching other customers when ladies coming into the store. I dont feel safe going into mobil with her working there.

Service station at 12017 Watson Blvd Byron, Ga. I am being suspiciously watched and followed when using the restroom and fuelling. This last time I felt almost violated as one man got too uncomfortably close. I stop there often and always fill my tank. I am not now or ever have been outside the law. I want to continue to buy fuel there, but will use another one for now. Please look into this. Thanks

At 10:40 after work I proceeded to go inside to buy my scratch off which I have been doing for months every night once I get off work I go inside and I proceed to buy a scratch off this day a young man by the name of Jay told me that the machine was closed they are not selling lottery tickets after 10 which didn't make any sense to me since the cash out machine closes at 12 I'm a regular customer at this gas station and this young man I had never seen before and it really really made me upset in Dish and I had to sit outside in my car for additional 20 minutes to wait for the next shift to come in so that I can try to buy a scratch off ticket
