Express Scripts – One screw up after another

I ordered two medications in November of 2024. In my November move to another state, I lost them. Express Scripts refused to replace them for months. Then when it was time to renew, their computer would not allow them to refill. I went without medication because while they admitted it was a tech mistake, they couldn't fix it.
Then without letting me know, they started filling monjauro prescriptions with No Notice to their clients. I went to the website to see why my auto delivery/payment wasn't happening. I had three weeks left of meds. I was told they have another company do it now. Oh and you have to call two weeks before, no auto anything now. Their site said I couldn't reorder for five months, leaving me with no meds for two months. I called on Aug 18, they said they could get me the meds by Aug 25, which was several days after it was needed. They then took my credit card, told me to expect it on 8/25. On 8/26, I was informed they had just shipped it, and now it may not get to me until 8/30. Why you ask? Because they didn't actually charge my credit card, then when they did, said the $190 charge was over the authorized amount. The amount mind you they had been charging me auto pay for two years.
No remorse, no fix, nothing. Ever North is the new company and they are complete [censored].
