I receive my prescriptions from the VA and have not used Express Scripts until… My VA Community Care Provider accidentally selected Express Scripts instead of The VA pharmacy. I found out and called express scripts and told them not to ship the medication. I contacted my PCP and they canceled the prescription and changed it to the VA pharmacy. I called Express Scripts (Pharmacy) PCP had canceled the prescription.. Express Scripts shipped the two meds to me anyway and I received an email after 10PM. I called them again and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it because it shipped so I would still have to pay for it. My one time use and problem was poor support to a retired Navy customer

Recommendation: Express Scripts lacks the ability to support their customers there’s an issue
