I wish my spouse's company would not have switched. I absolutely hate this company with all my soul. It's a battle to get prescriptions that my doctor prescribes me because this middle man of a company has to approve it. If you can avoid it, do it. You will be stuck in hell going back and forth between the doctor and this company. They lie like crazy and say it's the doctor's office when in reality they lie to just get off the phone. If you have medical issues that involve stress such as epilepsy Express Scripts is a huge problem and dangerous. I wish the government would investigate them. I've been denied twice and currently have a review in progress. I'm not holding my breath. My doctor marked my meds as urgent and still have not heard anything after 4 days.

Recommendation: Absolutely Not
