Hello my name is Devanity Griffin, i traveled from South Carolina, i reserved and stayed at the Gatlinburg town square exploria resort, the location was beautiful, very accommodating to the needs of my family except theres only one thing that i have to complain about which is the one staff member you have that sits at the first desk to your left as soon as you walk in that hands out the parking passes. I was asked my name in which i gave then he asked did i have a timeshare which i stated no but he made it his business to point out directly where there gym is located he didn't give me any other directions to any of the other attractions that were at the location. Then after i was given the parking pass i was told "thats all you need from us" rudely. I was considering purchasing another vacation here at this location because of how my family loved it but if i have to deal with rude staff members i wont return because its ridiculous that a person regardless of size have to deal with their feelings being hurt by someone that feels that they should lose weight when its none of their business.
