Dear Branch Manager,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my eyeglasses order at EO Dumaguete City Mall.
When I placed my order, I informed your staff that I would soon be traveling to Leyte. We mutually agreed that once my eyeglasses arrived at your branch, your staff would call me first before cutting the lenses. Since I would already be in Leyte, the eyeglasses would instead be shipped to the EO branch in Leyte so I could conveniently claim them there.
Unfortunately, this agreement was not followed. This morning, I received a call informing me that my eyeglasses had already been cut. This was done without first notifying me as we had agreed. Because the agreed arrangement was not honored, I am no longer interested in proceeding with the order.
I trusted your staff to follow the arrangement we had clearly discussed. It is very disappointing that the agreement was disregarded, causing me unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
I respectfully request that you review this matter and advise me on the appropriate resolution. I also hope that steps will be taken to ensure that similar situations do not happen to other customers in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this concern. I look forward to your prompt response.
Sincerely,
Nilda M. Baliña
