ExecuLink review: Worst company ever!!! Scammed

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. This company has horrendous internet service & even worse customer service. We only used their services for a month as the internet connection was garbage & over priced. We found another provider & canceled our account before our next billing cycle began. We found out that we have to ship THEIR equipment back to them at our expense, which is utterly ridiculous. We paid extra for insurance & tracking because we knew what a difficult time we had had dealing with these clowns after only 30 days of use. Low & behold they they took $487 from my account UNAUTHORIZED! We called several times (I recorded & documented every call & conversation) with the promise that the funds would be returned to my account. After almost 2 weeks of this is finally called my bank & it is now in the fraud departments hands. Do yourself a favor & do not deal with these crooks.

They stole almost $500 from my account!
