I ain't never missed or been late on my HOA dues, but Exclusive Association Management had the nerve to send me a notice sayin' I was delinquent. I ain't havin' none of that, so I sent 'em my check numbers, payment dates, and when each check went through the bank for the past 14 months. It clearly showed I paid on time. But guess what? They still sent me another notice this month! Can you believe it? So I had to send 'em copies of the cleared checks from the bank, just to prove 'em wrong.

This company fines me and other homeowners in the subdivision they manage. I want ComplaintsBoard.com to investigate their fraudulent activities. They fine us for everything to fund their reckless spending on the HOA budget. All homeowners in the subdivision disagree with their service and decisions. An investigation is needed. I will also contact Action 2 News channel to expose this company. They don't answer or reply to our calls.

So, someone asked me when I was gonna deal with the "written notice of violation" I had. I told 'em I hadn't gotten any notice. Then they said they ain't gonna tell me about my violation, I gotta reach out to 'em or log into my "portal" to see it. Well, I finally did and now they expect me to somehow snap a pic and upload it through some computer thingy. It CLEARLY says in my settings on the portal to send the communication by snail mail 'cause I ain't never gonna check the portal. They gotta reach out to their CUSTOMERS the way we prefer, not tryna pull a fast one and scam us outta our hard-earned cash.

Exclusive Association Management This here's the company our Builder done hired to enforce the Covenant of Walnut Grove, a community bein' built in Pendergrass, GA

This here's the company our Builder done hired to enforce the Covenant of Walnut Grove, a community bein' built in Pendergrass, GA. They's s'posed to uphold the covenant and take care of the common areas like the pool, clubhouse, playground, and that sign at the front of the neighborhood. But let me tell ya, tryin' to get a hold of 'em is like tryin' to catch a greased pig at the county fair. Emails go unanswered, phones ain't never picked up, and if ya leave a voicemail, don't expect no call back. They won't even give me the contact info for the Board of Directors like they's supposed to according to the Covenant. It's like they's purpos'ly ignorin' us homeowners. This company oughta be shut down, and that Rhonda Ashley gal should be fired 'cause she don't know what she's doin' and can't even do her job right.

Exclusive Association Management My HOA just got new owners

My HOA just got new owners. When we had the old first service company, I had a plumbing problem. First service sent a plumber to fix it in November and told me the HOA would cover the cost. I never got a bill or anything. But when exclusive association management took over in December, they did an audit and sent me an email saying I owe them $225 for sending the plumber. They did the audit in January. They also added $10 for being late. So now I owe them $235 and they said they'll keep adding $10 every month I don't pay. They recently changed the rules here at the condo since it's under new management. If you call exclusive association management, you can't talk to a manager. Even the employees there can't talk to management because they don't have their phone numbers. You can only email them. Something seems off.

I got this property, right, and the HoA is managed by Exclusive Association Management, Inc. Let me tell you, these guys don't even bother sending out bills or anything. They got all our contact info, but they don't use it. So, get this, I had no clue I owed them $155.00 by May 1st. Instead of shooting me an email like a normal person, they wait a whole 17 days and then slap me with a late fee of $31.00. And that's not all, they also hit me with $0.90 in interest on the same day. Two days later, they throw in another $10.00 just to send me a notice saying I'm delinquent. Can you believe it? All these extra charges add up to a whopping 27% on top of the original bill, and they never even gave me a chance to pay it in the first place. It's like they're preying on us, man. ComplaintsBoard.com, you gotta step up and call out these businesses that think it's cool to treat customers like this. I want my $41.90 back, no questions asked.

Hey, my name's *** and I live at XXXXX Kilpatrick Lane in Taylor Ridge Subdivision. It's really disappointing when you buy a house for some peace and quiet, but it feels like I'm living in a noisy apartment. And let me tell you, this Exclusive Management crew is always on my case about my lawn, even when I just cut it a week ago! But you know what? They don't seem to care about the mess they've let the open grass spaces in the subdivision become. I've even taken pictures to prove it, and don't get me started on the grass around the entrance sign - it's all over the place! Now they're sending me some last notice with a fine, and I can't figure out what's wrong with it. I mean, I've got pictures of my own freshly cut grass, too! On top of all that, I had a nasty fall at work and messed up my ligament, and we just had a whole week of rainy hurricane weather. It's not my fault that whoever laid my grass down did a lazy job and left gaps for wild weeds to take over. I'm so done with this!

Exclusive Association Management I'm writing this complaint to shed light on a company that I think is scamming me and my neighborhood

I'm writing this complaint to shed light on a company that I think is scamming me and my neighborhood. I'm currently renting from Main Street Renewal and they've been hitting me with a bunch of fees that I believe are illegal. I now owe $2900 in false violation fees charged by this company. When I signed my rental agreement, there was no HOA. Suddenly, out of nowhere, I had hundreds of dollars in outstanding fees on my portal. It seemed a little suspicious that this happened RIGHT when COVID regulations were lifted in September. I don't receive the courtesy or violation notices directly because I'm not the homeowner. According to my lease, I'm supposed to be charged a $25 fee for every notice given. But I can't dispute the bulk of notices and violations because, again, I don't receive them directly from this company. I contacted them to request the notices by mail, following their guidelines, but they redirected me back to my leasing company. My leasing company then told me to talk to the HOA. Let me give you some insight into the fees they've charged me: Weeds (even though the uploaded photos show no weeds) - $300, Debris (my kids' pool and water toys in my backyard) - $1275, Trash can out on Thursday evening (even though they collect at different times on Fridays) - $600. I've talked to them multiple times and they just don't care. They told me to fire my landscaper. I even recorded a video of the person from the HOA sitting in front of our homes, laughing on a call through her car stereo, and taking photos of our homes. We've tried voting them out, but they said someone needed to be on the board. When neighbors tried to run for the board, they were denied because of "outstanding fees." Go figure. In zoom meetings, neighbors have tried to voice their concerns, but they were muted. We've signed petitions and asked for management, but nothing has happened. It seems like they're taking advantage of new homeowners in newly constructed homes.

Exclusive Association Management Unethical, harassments, and wrongdoing practices by this business

Unethical, harassments, and wrongdoing practices by this business. I am a homeowner in the Chaparral Ridge neighborhood for many years, and my property address is *** Twin Peaks Drive. Exclusive Association Management manages the HOA for this neighborhood. I paid the HOA every year on time, never any delays. Last year, there were some changes in the association, and I did not receive ***. I received the FIRST notification of any kind in an email on Feb 16, stating that my HOA payment of $425 was past due (Jan 31st), and at the same time, they added last fees, charges, and penalties, making the total payment $484.88. I find this completely unacceptable since it was the first communication of any kind from Exclusive Association Management regarding the missing payment. Anyone would have expected at least a courtesy email before applying such a ridiculous amount of fees. Within an hour, I called the phone number given in the email and sent multiple emails, but I received no response from this company. Finally, after many attempts and spending hours and hours, I was able to contact the company. I offered to make a full payment but requested the removal of the fees. The company told me that for fees removal, I have to appeal to the HOA board, so I decided to appeal. After that, I kept checking with *** (a company employee) at regular intervals for a status update on my appeal. I always got a response after many attempts. I have 50+ emails and numerous phone calls to follow up. On March 23rd, *** informed me that the board will meet soon to review my appeal. On Apr 26th, I was notified that only $29.14 is approved to be waived, and I need to make a payment of $467.50 against the original payment of $425. Finally, I gave up and made the $467.50 payment on May 10th. Even though my case was under review by the board, Exclusive Association reported non-payment to all 3 credit bureaus. My credit scores went down by more than 100 points. It has destroyed my finances, mortgages, and personal life. I am suffering from a huge personal trauma.
