excel windows is great! they have good windows and the people who work there are really nice. i talked to *** and *** and they were super helpful. i'm really happy with my new windows!

All the peeps I dealt with were on time and got the job done, from the sales folks to the installers.

Excel Windows did a great job installing our onyx shower with a retractable teak seat. The salesman was helpful and the install team was fantastic. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

I got Excel Windows to replace over 30 windows and 4 doors at two different places. The whole thing went smooth! Everyone, from the sales guy, the office people, to the guys who did the work, were AWESOME! I told lots of my friends and family about Excel Windows. You guys rock!

This company is not good. I don't know how they got an A+ with ComplaintsBoard.com when there are no reviews. I had a bad experience with them. The windows they sell are bad and the ones they installed were broken. I had to replace them right away. They don't lock and what they advertise is not what you get. Don't go to Excel, you will lose with them.

I had a bad experience with Excel Windows. My windows ain't even and my bey window leaked after 1 year. There are cracks all over my walls and a hole was covered wrong. The back door they put in doesn't close right and the locks don't line up. I tried calling and emailing but no one helped me. They don't care about customers.

Don't go to Excel Windows. We had a meeting with one of their guys (***) and told him we were looking at other companies too and not ready to decide yet. He gave us a price and then tried to sneak in a contract for the window job. We told him we weren't ready to decide but he said, "I thought we had a deal." A good business needs to be honest and professional, but Excel Windows doesn't have those things. I say stay away from them.

Wow, what an awesome experience! Excel Windows really came through for me. The cost was just right, and they got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The people there were super helpful, especially the rep who came out to my property. They knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen. The manager and assistant were also great at keeping me updated and answering any questions I had. I had looked at a few other window companies before Excel, but they were all too pushy and expensive. Excel was different. They gave me a quality product at a great price without any fancy sales tactics. I'm definitely going to use them again for my next project. Thanks, Excel!

I used Excel windows two times. They put in new windows and a roof. The guy who came out before we got the windows gave us good choices. We got different windows than before and the room looked great. It was warmer in the winter too. We asked them to give us a quote on the roof after we liked the window service. They were cheaper than other companies and gave us more info. We got the roof done and they were fast and clean. They picked up everything and we were happy.

i gave excel windows 4,410.00 but i changed my mind and didn't use them. they said they would give me my money back with a check in the mail. it's been 8 days and i still haven't gotten the check.

I contacted Excel Windows in March to replace my washroom tub in my condo in ***, . My agent was *** and I was super stressed about the place, so I put down $300 and signed a contract with a loan on March 12. But then I looked at my finances and realized I couldn't afford it, so I called the loan company to cancel on March 15. I tried to tell *** but he was all gung-ho about the remodeling even though I was still in the contract cancellation period. I reached out again but decided it was better to sell my condo than fix it up, so I asked for my $300 back. But *** said no because I didn't cancel in time, even though I totally did.

Excel Windows lied about their service and when they came to my house, they made more damage and installed the shower wrong. The tile was cut bad and they said it would take one day, but it took 3 days. They also said we would get a $25 gift card, but the guy didn't remember that. They said they would come back to fix it, but then they called 30 minutes before and said they didn't have all the stuff. Tony said they would fix everything and give us a new ceiling panel and fix the damage. It's been 4 months and they still haven't fixed it. I can't believe they got an A+ from the ComplaintsBoard.com. This company is bad and they cheat people. They keep giving us excuses and they already got paid.
