I had Brookstone come over to our house for a talk in March . We met with *** and it felt like a good match - they had the thing we wanted, the price was right, and we signed up to get our door installed. They said it would take 8-12 weeks to install, but we thought it would be closer to 16 weeks. It's been about 24 weeks now and we still don't have our door. I'm really mad at this company. A few weeks after we signed up, I asked *** about using an electronic lock system. They said no, even though they said it could be done during the talk. I said I'd go with the regular lock and key. I told them what color I wanted in the third week of April and they said they'd get back to me in a few weeks. I haven't been able to get in touch with them since then.

Great experience. From first sales visit to communication, install, customer service and product quality, I would highly recommend them! It was a pleasure working with them. We had both doors and windows installed and are very happy!

Brookstone Windows & Doors, formerly known as Sentry Windows & Doors, was a bit all over the place when showing me their products. They even put in one window the wrong way! I first contacted them in 2020, but they didn't start construction until April 7, and it's still not finished. The drywall around the sliding glass door is cracked, and they never finished the trim around the front windows. They still haven't gotten the correct window in, and one of their workers left a handprint on my wall with caulk. The storm door was put on with screws that were too short, and now the frame is cracked and split. Brookstone says it's not their fault, but they were the only ones who installed a door, so it must be their mistake. It's been a year, and they still won't tell me what they're going to fix. We've stopped all other home improvements until they're done, but it feels like we're being held hostage. If I paint and they mess it up, will they fix it? And if they do, will I have to wait another year? Seeing the mess every day is really frustrating, especially now that they're charging me for a job that's still not complete.
