I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided and the continued delay in processing my refund.
At the time of enrollment, I was assured that if a suitable placement was not secured within three months, I would be eligible for a full refund. However, during the entire three-month period, the assigned Relationship Manager, Tanya, showed very little interest in actively supporting my job search. Most responses came only after repeated follow-ups from my side. Applications were often submitted in bulk without proper assessment of job suitability or the likelihood of securing interviews. Despite providing multiple suggestions to expand the search scope, no meaningful effort was made to improve the outcome.
After the completion of the three-month period, I applied for a refund on 25 May 2026. Despite several follow-ups, my request was acknowledged only on 5 June 2026. I was informed that the refund would be processed within 15 working days. That period has now elapsed, yet I have received neither the refund nor any update regarding its status.
I made numerous attempts to contact the refund team through the numbers provided [protected]/25) on multiple dates, but my calls went unanswered. Calls to customer care were repeatedly transferred without resolution, and I was frequently assured of a callback within a specified time, which never materialized.
Most recently, on 22 June 2026, I contacted your team again and was assured that I would receive a callback within 10 minutes. No callback was received. This pattern of unfulfilled commitments and lack of communication has been consistent throughout my engagement with your organization.
I also wish to highlight that while there were multiple follow-ups from your team when payment was due, there has been a complete lack of responsiveness when it comes to honoring the refund commitment after failing to deliver the promised placement service.
