John's team at Browning Associates did a phenomenal job revising my resume, and helping me incorporate and present my past career successes, which really made my resume pop and stand out. I immediately began to see increased activity and responses regarding my online applications, and in many cases I was complimented on the presentation and content of my resume. Melissa was extremely thorough, and particularly helpful in helping me recall and detail my past careers successes to the forefront, and I think that has made a huge difference in level and quality of responses I am now getting back from prospective employers. I have worked with Browning Associates for quite sometime and would highly recommend them to help you build your networking skills and connections. The team at Browning Associates is amazing! My experiences with both John and Jane have been above and beyond my expectations. They connect with you on a personal level, and provide great support and value. The role of Browning Associates is to guide you on a deep personal branding discovery, to gently help you see networking mistakes you may be making and to approach networking differently than before (to make real connections). This deep focus on how to truly connect with others is at the core of John's verbal jiujitsu program. I started my journey with Browning Associates and was pleasantly surprised by the depth and value of services they provide. I knew that they were not a typical executive recruiting firm but did not know of the personal development journey that I would embark upon while I was working to find the next great opportunity that was for me. In addition to significantly enhancing my network, gaining technical skills and fantastic support from my project manager, I received a tremendous benefit from John Browning with his career coaching program! This training went above and beyond to prepare me for the interview process from the initial preparation all the way through to negotiating the offer. But beyond that I learned valuable people and interaction skills that will serve me well both in my career and personal life. I cant say enough good things about the value of that. What an amazing organization! I signed up a year ago to find my next CEO position. What I found was so much more! My very first phone call ended with a prayer request and I thought what have I just gotten myself into? Every call, coaching session, or other interaction has included prayer and a spiritual component. Here I am a year later, and although I didn't land that CEO job, my two consulting businesses are exploding. The uptick in business opportunities is directly linked to the spiritual journey I have been on since six months in with Browning, and the skills I have learned to promote myself confidently and convincingly. I don't have enough positive words to describe my experience with Browning Associates. Initially, I was a little concerned that they would be "judgy" or maybe a little too conservative for me based on their faith-based company. I approached them with a little bit of caution but I liked that they wouldn't stop helping me until I stopped searching and I needed more than some marketing materials. I needed to learn how to effectively market myself, and how to convey my value. This team to a person was remarkable. I was absolutely wrong that they would judge me, rather they embraced me and gave me confidence in myself and in my journey. The talent they brought to bear was consistently outstanding with experts who were focused on specific steps from, resume writing, linked-in, interview skills, etc. Additionally, my coach [coach's name] is a rockstar! She is extremely knowledgeable, smart and an excellent problem-solver. While she is an incredible mentor more importantly she is an incredible person and I am happy she is also now my friend. My only regret with working with Browning is I should have engaged them earlier in my job search. I wasted a lot of time with hiring a resume-writer and searching on my own.

As this journey comes to an end, my relationship with Browning Associates keeps getting stronger. This is a great opportunity to thank the wonderful staff for partnering with me throughout the journey. The last eight months have been an rollercoaster of expectations and emotions, yet throughout it all you both have been there by my side. As you know this was not an easy process and compounded by challenges made it very difficult for me personally.
