Turn up early to this event and stood in a que for over 3 hours to be told, by one of the so called security that it’s a least another hour to get in, which meant I had missed half the event, this event was clearly under staff and they had no control at all, these are big promotors in the game they should know better, i’ve been going to these type of events for years and have never seen anything like this in my life ruined our day, at substantial cost to ourselves to get to the venue, I am requesting a full refund of my tickets,
